Fantasy Football NFL Week 11 Target Report: Colts Start Anthony Richardson

The trade deadline has come and gone taking at least one variable out of the equation. We still have some issues to contend with, however.
Guys returning from injury, like Mike Evans and DK Metcalf. Guys missing time, like Dalton Kincaid. Coaching changes like Shane Waldron in Chicago. And, of course, quarterback changes, like the Colts benching Joe Flacco for Anthony Richardson.
It never stops in the fantasy football world so we’re here to keep our finger on the pulse. Let’s dig into the Fantasy Football Week 11 Target Report to sort this mess out!
2024 Fantasy Football NFL Week 11 Target Report Preview
Why do we do this? Well, historically incredibly rare for a team to have three players all get 100+ targets. It’s happened only once over the last three years and less than 3% of the time over the last five years.
More teams will have ZERO players get 100+ targets than have three. And, last year, every top 24 WR except one got 100+ targets (and that was Deebo Samuel who scored 5 rushing touchdowns). That’s why the NFL Fantasy Football Week 11 Target Report is so important.
In the chart below you will see our PROJECTION for what we believe will happen. That projection is a mix of what we are seeing on the field, who is actually healthy, and what we predict for the rest of the season.
Naturally, that is going to change from week to week and it’s important to check the notes section at the bottom as to why. Our 2024 NFL Fantasy Football Week 11 Target Report has a note for every single team. So, let’s take a look!

Fantasy Football Week 11 Target Report Advice & Takeaways
NOTE: If a team moved from where they were in the Week 10 NFL target report, they will be denoted with ***
Clear Top Two
Arizona Cardinals
- Trey McBride
- Marvin Harrison Jr
- No change here as these two are clearly the top dogs. Michael Wilson is the closest to a dart throw if you are looking for the third fiddle, but he only has 44 targets through 10 games.
Atlanta Falcons
- Drake London
- Darnell Mooney
- Drake London is on pace for nearly 140 targets and Darnell Mooney is JUST shy of a 125 pace. Kyle Pitts sits at 47 through 10 games but he has the athleticism to do enough damage for us after the catch. If either London or Mooney goes down, he would get a big boost.
Cincinnati Bengals
- Ja'Marr Chase
- Tee Higgins
- We keep starting this section with “when everyone is healthy…”. But that has not been often for Tee Higgins. Whenever Higgins is out, Mike Gesicki because a viable option at tight end and Andrei Iosivas is a dart throw. They are tough to start when he’s active though.
Jacksonville Jaguars
- Brian Thomas Jr
- Evan Engram
- Sure, it’s Mac Jones at QB. But it’s still Doug Pederson calling the plays. So, Engram last week got his 8 targets, he got his screen pass. With Christian Kirk out, these are clearly still the top two targets. It’s just the quality of target might not be as good.
Kansas City Chiefs
- Travis Kelce
- DeAndre Hopkins
- Travis Kelce has stormed his way back into the light with tremendous target volume since Rashee Rice went down. He’s on pace for over 140 targets. DeAndre Hopkins had the tough matchup with Pat Surtain this past week but he’s a guy I’m starting in most matchups.
Las Vegas Raiders
- Brock Bowers
- Jakobi Meyers
- Brock Bowers has been a star and, when healthy Jakobie Meyers has been targetted fairly consistently. We might need to make an adjustment depending how things look with Desmond Ridder but, for now, Meyers can be utilized. He’s averaged 9.2 targets per game over his last five games.
Los Angeles Rams
- Puka Nacua
- Cooper Kupp
- It feels good to have the boys back in town and healthy. Both are must start. Demarcus Robinson maintained his WR3 role so he’s your deep league dart. Davis Allen has recently surpassed Colby Parkinson for pass-catching TE work, but neither is to be trusted. Tyler Higbee is expected back at some point.
New York Giants
- Malik Nabers
- Wan’Dale Robinson
- As much as I love the idea of Theo Johnson being a fantasy relevant option, it’s hard to do with Malik Nabers, Wan’Dale Robinson, and Darius Slayton operating ahead of him. Maybe if Daniel Jones is benched Drew Lock will shake up the pecking order, but I expect Nabers and Robinson to remain atop.
- AJ Brown
- DeVonta Smith
- Dallas Goedert is the clear third fiddle while DeVonta Smith can be inconsistent at times. AJ Brown has been great when healthy. If one of the WRs were to go down, Goedert would see a big boost like Cade Otton has with Tampa Bay.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
- Mike Evans
- Cade Otton
- Mike Evans is expected back soon so the question ends up being whether Cade Otton can fend off the likes of Jalen McMillan for second target. We believe he can.
High Consolidation
Cleveland Browns***
- Cedric Tillman
- David Njoku
- Elijah Moore
- Jerry Jeudy
- This one is going to land here for the time being. We were hoping someone could separate themselves as the clear top target but that has not been the case as a different player led this team in targets three weeks in a row. Obviously Njoku has the TE eligibility which makes him the top asset and then Cedric Tillman is the most intriguing. But it’s clear these four are the top options and I wouldn’t be surprised if any one of them led this week. Could make for a difficult guessing game.
Houston Texans
- Nico Collins
- Tank Dell
- Dalton Schultz
- Nico Collins will once again return to be the top dog. Tank Dell has struggled but perhaps the presence of Collins will open things up. Dalton Schultz has not been relevant, even with all of the injuries.
Miami Dolphins
- Tyreek Hill
- Jaylen Waddle
- De’Vone Achane
- Jonnu Smith
- Tyreek Hill is playing through a wrist injury, but he has 59 targets. After him it’s oddly close with De’Von Achane (45), Jaylen Waddle (44), and Jonnu Smith (43). Waddle started his career with three straight 1,000-yard seasons but he only has 367 yards through 9 games here.
New York Jets
- Davante Adams
- Garrett Wilson
- Breece Hall
- Garrett Wilson quietly leads the entire league in targets and Davante Adams just got 13 last week. And Breece Hall is also a top 5 back in targets per game. Everyone else is on the back burner.
San Francisco 49ers***
- Deebo Samuel
- George Kittle
- Christian McCaffrey
- Jauan Jennings
- Kyle Shannahan confirmed in his press conference that Jauan Jennings will be playing the X WR with Brandon Aiyuk out. So, this team is now back to where it was where the targets can be spread out and inconsistent from week to week. Just this week we saw Jennings (11), McCaffrey (7), Pearsall (6), Deebo (6), and Kittle (4). George Kittle might be a good sell high candidate if you can stomach that type of move.
One Stud, Then Uncertainty
Baltimore Ravens
- Zay Flowers
- We got a glimpse into the past in Week 10 when Isaiah Likely was out and Mark Andrews played nearly 90% of the snaps. When everyone is healthy, the targets can be tough to predict. Rashod Bateman has been the most consistent but he’s nowhere near reliable himself. Diontae Johnson is a DFS “revenge game” dart throw this week at best.
Chicago Bears
- DJ Moore
- Hopefully the firing of Shane Waldron here will shake things up. DJ Moore is technically on a 100+ target pace though it hasn’t been pretty. On a per game basis, Keenan Allen is technically the second target here. Cole Kmet has 34 targets through 9 games and 11 of them came in one game without Allen so he is not to be trusted.
Dallas Cowboys
- CeeDee Lamb
- Dak Prescott out doesn’t change the narrative in the grand scheme of things really. You probably still find a spot in the lineup for Lamb each week. And you use Jake Ferguson at TE if you have to as he should still be getting targets. If you can trade either for anywhere close to their previous value, you do it.
Denver Broncos
- Courtland Sutton
- Courtland Sutton is far and away the top target with 75. Javonte Williams is next with 37 and Lil’Jordan Humphrey has 33. They rotate the wide receivers so much that no one really can thrive but the next best bet after Sutton is probably Devaughn Vele who has at least been efficient with an 84.6% catch rate.
Detroit Lions
- Amon Ra St. Brown
- ARSB is on pace for almost exactly 125 targets and he’s a must start guy. Jameson Williams is second on the team but he’s only getting ~4.8 targets per game which is just over an 80-target pace. Sam LaPorta is even worse with only 30 targets through 9 games. This offense just doesn’t have to throw as much as they once did.
Indianapolis Colts***
- Michael Pittman
- Shane Steichen said Joe Flacco was the starter rest of season, so we moved Josh Downs up. Apparently, that was a lie as Anthony Richardson will once again start. Downs has averaged one target for every 10.6 plays under Richardson and one target for every 4.3 plays with Flacco. It’s clearly a different offense with the different QBs but we are still rooting for Downs.
Los Angeles Chargers
- Ladd McConkey
- Ladd McConkey is on pace for almost exactly 100 targets, so he clears. Will Dissley has quietly put together some consistency, so he’s entered the Zach Ertz realm of PPR dart throws that don’t offer much YAC. Then you have Quentin Johnston of course, the field stretching hit or miss option. There are no superstars but there are guys that should be rostered.
Minnesota Vikings
- Justin Jefferson
- A good sign this week for T.J. Hockenson as he got 9 targets. We can’t move him up just yet as he has only played 45% and 46% of the snaps these first two games. We are hoping this plan to manage his reps isn’t a long-term one and he starts playing a bigger share soon. If he out-targets Jordan Addison again, might be time to elevate him regardless.
New Orlean Saints***
- Alvin Kamara
- We are still waiting on details from Chris Olave with his second concussion. With him going on IR though, he’s set to miss a crucial chunk of the fantasy season. So, we’re scratching him from the list for now. Alvin Kamara leads all backs that have played at least two games with 6.9 targets per game so he’s as safe as it gets. After him it is dicey. Mason Tipton has not done much with his snaps and Marquez Valdes-Scantling is more of a deep threat than a target hog.
Pittsburgh Steelers
- George Pickens
- George Pickens has been awesome with Russell Wilson, so he’s locked in. We are waiting to see how far Mike Williams can climb after the trade, but Pat Freiermuth and Calvin Austin have not provided much thus far.
Tennessee Titans
- Calvin Ridley
- Calvin Ridley restored himself at the top here in a big way with DeAndre Hopkins out. Nick Westbrook-Ikhine-Ihkine plays a big snap share but he’s really just a touchdown dependent option.
Washington Commanders
- Terry McLaurin
- We aren’t going to move Noah Brown up just yet but he’s clearly the WR2 here. He has six targets or more in three straight games. Zach Ertz is still a PPR option though he’s not as reliable in half or standard.
Too Many Mouths To Feed?
Buffalo Bills
- Amari Cooper
- Dalton Kincaid
- Khalil Shakir
- Keon Coleman
- James Cook
- The injuries to Amari Cooper, Keon Coleman, and now Dalton Kincaid have made this one difficult to decipher. The closest player to a 100-target pace is Kincaid, but he could miss this game before the bye. Khalil Shakir out of the slot has been the most trustworthy but his aDot is very low which caps his upside.
Green Bay Packers
- Jayden Reed
- Romeo Doubs
- Christian Watson
- Tucker Kraft
- Josh Jacobs
- Emmanuel Wilson
- Dontayvion Wicks
- Luke Musgrave (OUT)
- As hard as it is to believe, this team does not have a player on pace for 100 targets. In fact, no one is on pace for 90. Jayden Reed gets carries as well so he’s a good start. Romeo Doubs at least plays a big snap share. Tucker Kraft is capable of big plays, but he only has 35 targets and 38% of his yards have come via just two plays.
Seattle Seahawks
- DK Metcalf
- Jaxon Smith-Njigba
- Tyler Lockett
- Noah Fant
- Kenneth Walker
- Not much change here, especially coming out of the bye with guys getting healthy. DK Metcalf is expected back but Noah Fant could still miss some time so AJ Barner would be a DFS dart in that event.
Wide Open
Carolina Panthers
- Xavier Legette has been operating as the top receiver but there’s no way to say he’s a “stud” - he’s barely startable. Adam Thielen is expected back after the bye, so we’ll see if that sends Jalen Coker back to a part time gig. We’d love to see more Ja’Tavion Sanders, but Tommy Tremble should be back after the bye as well.
New England Patriots
- No one is on pace for 100+ targets here. Hunter Henry is still a guy we are interested despite the down game. He had an 89% snap share, 87.5% route participation, and a 16% target share. Kayshon Boutte is at least playing all the snaps from the WR group so he’s the next best guy to roster. Demario Douglas is an interesting PPR spot start but he’s super low aDot. And Ja’Lynn Polk still is not playing enough despite scoring this past week.
Player News
Falcons exercised the fifth-year option for WR Drake London.
London, who will turn 24 in July, is locked up for the 2026 season. London has been superb through his first three NFL seasons: Justin Jefferson and Ja’Marr Chase were the only other two wideouts to average more than 12 yards per catch on 100 receptions in 2024. London was third in receiving yards and seventh in receptions last season, quickly becoming a target hog with Michael Penix under center for Atlanta. London should be viewed as a top-5 fantasy receiver going into 2025.
ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler reports that the Jaguars will not exercise the fifth-year option on LB Devin Lloyd.
The option would have guaranteed Lloyd $14.751 million for the 2026 season. Lloyd, who was the 27th overall pick in 2022, has started 46 of 48 games with the Jaguars since his arrival. In 2024, Lloyd had 113 tackles, two sacks, an interception, and a forced fumble. According to PFF, Lloyd has been the Jaguars’ highest-graded linebacker over the past two seasons. Lloyd will become a free agent next offseason.
The Athletic’s Mike DeFabo listed Steelers rookie RB Kalenb Johnson alongside Jaylen Warren as co-starters.
Johnson, described by DeFabo as a “physical back built to carry the load,” was taken with the 83rd overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. He’s widely expected to replace Najee Harris — now with the Chargers — in the Pittsburgh backfield in 2025. Johnson dominated the Iowa backfield in 2024, totaling 240 carries for 1,537 yards and 21 touchdowns. He made progress as a pass catcher, reeling in 22 balls for 188 yards and a pair of touchdowns in the run-heavy Iowa offense. Only three running backs in the nation logged more rushes of over ten yards than Johnson in 2024. His presence, along with Kenneth Gainwell, leaves little upside for Warren barring backfield injuries for the Steelers.
Sports Illustrated’s Terrance Biggs believes Falcons WR Nick Nash could “work his way” into the team’s wideout rotation.
Biggs said the 25-year-old undrafted free agent out of San Jose State who in 2024 led all college receivers in catches, yards, and touchdowns could make an impact in offseason workouts and training camp and find his way into a role in the Atlanta offense. “With time,” Biggs said, “you can see Nash work his way into the rotation, earning his keep on special teams and four/five receiver sets.” Nash’s lack of explosiveness and long speed will be tough to overcome, but precise route running and sure hands for the QB-turned-wideout could earn Nash a roster spot this summer. For now, Drake London, Ray-Ray McCloud, and Darnell Mooney sit atop the Atlanta receiver depth chart.
Eagles exercised the fifth-year option for DT Jordan Davis.
After Eagles general manager Howie Roseman in mid-April declined to say whether the team would pick up Davis’ option, the team made the call following Davis played his second straight 17-game season for the dominant Philly front seven. Davis, who has 3.5 sacks and five tackles for loss over his past two seasons, was graded by Pro Football Focus as 2024’s 40th best defensive tackle. He will make $12.9 million in the 2026 season.
The Athletic’s Zack Rosenblatt believes RB Donovan Edwards will make the Jets roster.
Edwards, who signed with New York as an undrafted free agent after the 2025 NFL Draft, faces an uphill battle to make the final roster behind Breece Hall, Braelon Allen, and Isaiah Davis. Rosenblatt said “Edwards’ pass-catching skills are his best path to the roster” after the back totaled 86 receptions in four years in college, at 9.3 yards per reception. The highly-athletic Edwards excelled in some big spots for Michigan over the years but never fully emerged as the player many expected to see after his stellar 2022 campaign. If he makes the New York roster, Edwards would likely operate as a special teamer or pass-catching specialist out of the backfield.
