Williams was a hyped receiver entering the NFL, but just never really seemed to put it all together. Another team should give him a shot, but his fantasy career is just about finished.

Williams has been out of the league for some time now, he's nothing more than a camp body at this point. He was once expected to be a top receiver for the Buccaneers but now has no fantasy value.

Williams was out of the league last season following a nine game stint with Buffalo in 2014 that saw him catch just eight passes. Kansas City is hard up for wide receivers and this move is a low-risk play that could have a decent reward at the end. He did grab 193 balls for Tampa Bay from 2010-12 before playing in only six games in the 2013 season.

Mike Williams has shown he can be a solid WR in the league and if fantasy owners have learned anything it is that they can turn coal into gold. If the Pats reach a deal with the wideout, look how he farws during training camp.
