Moore is part of the Panthers' daring move up for the No. 1 overall pick. The compensation cache also includes two first-rounders and two second-rounders. For Chicago, Moore arrives as the Bears' long-sought alpha wideout as they look to upgrade their undermanned receiver corps and finally get Justin Fields some help. Moore, Chase Claypool, Darnell Mooney and Cole Kmet have the makings of an actually solid skill corps, one that will not only help Fields but allow the Bears to fully evaluate who they believe is their franchise player. For Moore, Fields will be the best overall quarterback he has ever played with, though questions obviously remain about Fields' passing. There is theoretical Dynasty downside here but also the possibility that Moore goes nuclear during his age-25 campaign in 2023. It's ultimately a good day if you've been holding Moore since 2018. 

It was a weird season, to say the least, for Moore. Coming off a high-volume, low-efficiency campaign in 2021, he boosted his yards per reception and yards per target metrics but ultimately saw the ball far less often. He earned 46 fewer targets in 2022 than he did last year. The most hilarious part of all of this is that Moore set a career-high in touchdown receptions. He hauled in seven scores after finding the end zone exactly four times in three consecutive seasons. Moore managed this while catching passes from three different starting quarterbacks throughout the season. Outside of the touchdowns, his numbers were down for one obvious reason. The Panthers ranked last in plays per game and bottom-five in pass attempts. This obscured the fact that Moore continued to dominate Carolinaâ??s targets and air yards in his fifth pro season. Mooreâ??s fantasy value in 2023 rests on what the team does at quarterback. However, itâ??s fair to call his floor WR2 fantasy numbers no matter who is throwing him the ball.

The 100-yard effort was Moore's third of the season, with the yards going down as his second most. He's now scored in three straight contests after he won a 1-on-1 hand fight with Antoine Winfield for a 24-yard touchdown in the second quarter. Moore's post-Thanksgiving outburst was probably too little, too late for most fantasy managers, but he has certainly done enough to increase 2023 expectations if the Panthers can somehow find a quarterback. Moore closes out 2022-23 with a date with Marshon Lattimore's Saints. 

He caught Sam Darnold's only touchdown on a red-zone throw that he set up with a 47-yard catch. It's the second straight week with at least 70 yards receiving for the Panthers' top wideout after going catchless in Week 13. The Panthers will take on the Bucs in a battle for the NFC South in Week 17.
