A former third-round pick of the Lions back in 2020, Okwara spent last season with the Cardinals. Playing in a limited capacity, Okwara totaled 18 tackles, three TFLs, and one sack in 13 games while making one start. Okwara has started only five of the 51 games he’s appeared in for his career and will likely serve as a rotational pass rusher for the Browns this season.

Peterson will head to Arizona on Monday to officially retire as a member of the Cardinals. Peterson was named to eight Pro Bowls while earning three first-team All-Pro nods. He finishes with 70 career passes defended, 37 interceptions, 608 tackles and three sacks.

Murray said he’s now fully recovered from his 2022 ACL injury, adding that he “felt something” in his surgically repaired knee early in the 2024 season. “I don’t want to get too scheme based, but I do feel like I have to run more next year,” Murray said in a recent interview. “I’m open to running more next year, just because it’s such a weapon, you know, it’s such a weapon. ... I think where we get better is making things happen outside the pocket. When plays break down, we need to be better there.” Murray last season had 572 yards and five touchdowns on 78 rushing attempts. He logged 4.6 rushes per game, way short of his career high of 8.4 rushing attempts per game in 2020, when he finished with 819 yards and 11 scores on the ground.

The visit with Sanders, the consensus No. 2 quarterback in the 2025 draft class, comes shortly after the Raiders signed Geno Smith to a two-year contract worth up to $85.5 million. Drafting Sanders would create quite the headache for head coach Pete Carroll, who appears fully committed to Smith as the team’s medium-term starter. It’s unclear if Sanders, who could start for a handful of teams drafting in the top 15, would be open or willing to sit behind an entrenched starter in his rookie year. Sanders has also visited with the QB-desperate Steelers. The Raiders are also hosting pre-draft visits with QB Jaxon Dart and RB Ashton Jeanty, among others.
