Fantasy Football NFL Week 10 Target Report: Mike Williams Traded To Steelers
After a crazy lead up to the NFL trade deadline that saw DeAndre Hopkins, Davante Adams, Amari Cooper, and Diontae Johnson all trade teams, it was a little quieter on Monday and Tuesday from a fantasy standpoint. The biggest move in terms of target totem poles was probably the Mike Williams trade to the Pittsburgh Steelers. But that doesn’t move the needle much.
That doesn’t mean there wasn’t a lot of movement in our Fantasy Football Week 10 Target Report from last week to this! We had guys getting hurt, players returning from injury, and possible breakouts down the stretch. So, let’s dig in and see where everything stands while we gear up for fantasy playoffs!
2024 Fantasy Football NFL Week 10 Target Report Preview
Why do we do this? Well, historically incredibly rare for a team to have three players all get 100+ targets. It’s happened only once over the last three years and less than 3% of the time over the last five years.
More teams will have ZERO players get 100+ targets than have three. And, last year, every top 24 WR except one got 100+ targets (and that was Deebo Samuel who scored 5 rushing touchdowns). That’s why the NFL Fantasy Football Week 10 Target Report is so important.
In the chart below you will see our PROJECTION for what we believe will happen. That projection is a mix of what we are seeing on the field, who is actually healthy, and what we predict for the rest of the season.
Naturally, that is going to change from week to week and it’s important to check the notes section at the bottom as to why. Our 2024 NFL Fantasy Football Week 10 Target Report has a note for every single team. So, let’s take a look!

Fantasy Football Week 10 Target Report Advice & Takeaways
NOTE: If a team moved from where they were in the Week 9 NFL target report, they will be denoted with ***
Clear Top Two
Arizona Cardinals
- Trey McBride
- Marvin Harrison Jr
- No change here. It hasn’t been ideal but both guys are on pace for over 100 targets. Michael Wilson is the next closest with 40, Greg Dortch is sitting at 29.
Atlanta Falcons
- Drake London
- Darnell Mooney
- London is dealing with a hip pointer but, assuming he doesn’t miss time, he’s on a 125-target pace. Mooney has been a pleasant surprise and is currently on pace for ~120 himself. Kyle Pitts has been ripping off big chunk plays but he, Ray-Ray McCloud, and Bijan Robinson are sitting on pace for about ~80.
Cincinnati Bengals
- Ja'Marr Chase
- Tee Higgins
- When everyone is healthy, these are the guys. But Tee Higgins has obviously not been healthy. Mike Gesicki has stepped up as a startable option whenever Higgins is out, and Andrei Iosivas is worth a dart throw. Jermaine Burton has been inactive with off-field issues.
Indianapolis Colts***
- Michael Pittman
- Josh Downs
- We moved Josh Down up in the past. And we got burned when they went back to Anthony Richardson. So, we moved him back. Now it seems that Joe Flacco has been permanently installed as the Colts quarterback for the rest of this season - and Downs immediately saw 9 targets once again. So, we are comfortable elevating downs with Flacco being back-o.
Jacksonville Jaguars
- Brian Thomas Jr
- Evan Engram
- In games without Christian Kirk over the last two years, Evan Engram has averaged over 10 targets. He just got 10 targets this past week. And, last year, Calvin Ridley ALSO got 10 targets per game when Kirk was out. So, Brian Thomas Jr can also get a big chunk of looks. Especially with Gabe Davis dealing with his own issues and injuries.
Kansas City Chiefs***
- Travis Kelce
- DeAndre Hopkins
- We just needed to see it once. Patrick Mahomes is a great player. Travis Kelce is a great player. DeAndre Hopkins is a great player. You can’t let teams like the Chiefs get guys like DeAndre Hopkins when they are already undefeated.
Las Vegas Raiders***
- Brock Bowers
- Jakobi Meyers
- Jakobi Meyers isn’t exactly a “star”. He’s certainly not Brock Bowers. But he’s quietly averaging 7.7 targets per game. Which, over 17 games, would be over 130 targets. He has 54 in 7 games despite missing a couple so he could still clear 100 this season over the second half. He’s a reliable play in PPR leagues.
Los Angeles Rams
- Puka Nacua
- Cooper Kupp
- Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua. We’ve struggled to have them on the field at the same time this year. But we all know what happens when they are. These are All Pro caliber pass-catchers. DeMarcus Robinson is the third fiddle, and a potential deeper dart throw when everyone is healthy, the rest of the guys go back to the bench.
New Orleans Saints
- Alvin Kamara
- Chris Olave
- Alvin Kamara is on pace for 115 targets which shouldn’t surprise anyone as he was on a similar target place last year, outside of the suspension. Chris Olave now has a concussion and Bub Means is on IR which opens the door for guys like Mason Tipton, Cedrick Tillman, or Marques Valdez-Scantling.
New York Giants***
- Malik Nabers
- Wan’Dale Robinson
- Tyrone Tracy is emerging as a receiving threat. And we can’t ignore what Darius Slayton has done, especially when Malik Nabers was out. But both Nabers and Wan’dale are on pace for over 125 targets. So, they belong in this section.
New York Jets
- Davante Adams
- Garrett Wilson
- The Jets might not be winning. But, as of late, they are targeting the guys we want them to target. Wilson and Adams are heavily involved. And Breece Hall has 48 targets through 9 games which is just shy of that 53-target number that represents a 100+ target pace.
Philadelphia Eagles
- AJ Brown
- DeVonta Smith
- Dallas Goedert is the clear third fiddle while DeVonta Smith can be inconsistent at times. AJ Brown has been great but he’s dealing with an injury so we may get a temporary elevation for Smith and Goedert. Keep an eye on that situation as it develops.
San Francisco 49ers
- Deebo Samuel
- George Kittle
- These guys are clearly going to be involved here. Christian McCaffrey, if healthy, is generally a 100-target pace player. The question is whether Jauan Jennings can take over that Brandon Aiyuk role in his return or whether he takes his slot gig back from Ricky Pearsall and Chris Conley remains out wide.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers***
- Mike Evans
- Cade Otton
- We simply cannot ignore what Cade Otton is doing right now. He has been a target machine following the injuries and I don’t think he falls out of the top two when Evans gets back. He could be locked in for you the rest of the way.
High Consolidation
Houston Texans
- Nico Collins (IR)
- Tank Dell
- Dalton Schultz
- Stefon Diggs is done with the ACL. He was leading in targets. Tank Dell has 47 and Dalton Schultz has 44 which is not a 100-target pace for either. Nico Collins had 44 in 5 games and is expected back so he takes over as the top dog again.
Miami Dolphins
- Tyreek Hill
- Jaylen Waddle
- De’Vone Achane
- Jonnu Smith
- Jonnu Smith has weaseled his way into a decent target share as of late. In fact, he has 39 targets to 38 for Jaylen Waddle. It’s really just these four at the top as the guy with the fourth most targets is Julian Hill with 10.
One Stud, Then Uncertainty
Baltimore Ravens
- Zay Flowers
- This one might end up staying right where it is if Diontae Johnson never really gets ramped up in time to matter for fantasy football. No one else on this team even has 40 targets. Mark Andrews will benefit for however long Isaiah Likely is out, but this team always has the threat of Derrick Henry just taking over games.
Chicago Bears
- DJ Moore
- DJ Moore has reportedly not been happy with the play calling of Shane Waldron, but he did not get moved at the deadline. After him, the targets have been fairly thin. Rome Odunze has the second most with 42 but technically Keenan Allen is getting more per game, he just missed two games. Cole Kmet has been invisible.
Dallas Cowboys
- CeeDee Lamb
- Dak Prescott is now out. CeeDee Lamb is set to miss some time with a shoulder issue. Trading for Jonathan Mingo won’t change much in the short term. Things are looking pretty bleak here. Jalen Tolbert and Jake Ferguson are the top options until CeeDee Lamb and/or Brandin Cooks return.
Denver Broncos
- Courtland Sutton
- Same story here - no one outside of Courtland Sutton and Javonte Williams are even getting consistent enough snaps, let alone targets, to be viable in fantasy. Perhaps someone will emerge very late, and rookie Troy Franklin at least is the unknown wildcard if you want to stash someone.
Detroit Lions
- Amon Ra St. Brown
- ARSB is technically on pace for exactly 125 targets this year. The next closest player is Jameson Williams with 29 targets. He returns this week from a two-game suspension. Sam LaPorta only has 24 targets through 8 games - this team simply does not need to throw at the level they may have in past years because of how much more balanced the team is.
Los Angeles Chargers
- Ladd McConkey
- Ladd McConkey has 51 targets through 8 games which puts him at about a ~108 target pace. The next leading target getter is Will Dissly with 35. Quentin Johnston has flashed at times, but we need to see more consistency from him.
Minnesota Vikings
- Justin Jefferson
- They opted to ease T.J. Hockenson in, so we didn’t really get any conclusive info in the battle of Jordan Addison vs. Hockenson. We’re rooting for Hockenson as he has that TE eligibility which is hard to come by. But it might just be too spread out after Justin Jefferson.
Pittsburgh Steelers
- George Pickens
- They were on bye, but we did get some new info as the Steelers traded for Mike Williams. We have been disappointed with Pat Freiermuth since Russell Wilson took over but maybe he can get going.
Tennessee Titans
- Calvin Ridley
- Calvin Ridley has had to step up with DeAndre Hopkins gone. Nick Westbrook-Ikhine-Ikhine plays a lot of snaps without much effect while Tyler Boyd is a part-time slot guy. The schedule for the Titans down the stretch has some good passing matchups so keep an eye on that.
Washington Commanders
- Terry McLaurin
- Terry McLaurin is the clear top dog. Noah Brown has now emerged as the WR2 but still not a guy we can trust. He’s worth a roster spot though to see if his role can keep growing as they didn’t add a WR via trade. Zach Ertz is a boring but reliable PPR option.
Too Many Mouths To Feed?
Buffalo Bills
- Amari Cooper
- Dalton Kincaid
- Khalil Shakir
- Keon Coleman
- James Cook
- This game didn’t do a whole lot to change the narrative here as Amari Cooper didn’t play with a wrist injury. So, we still have an incredibly small sample size of what this offense is like, and it hasn’t included a full game from Amari Cooper yet. We remain cautiously optimistic that a couple guys can separate themselves and provide some consistency.
Green Bay Packers
- Jayden Reed
- Romeo Doubs
- Christian Watson
- Tucker Kraft
- Josh Jacobs
- Emmanuel Wilson
- Dontayvion Wicks
- Luke Musgrave (OUT)
- This team still has no player on pace for 100+ targets. On a per game basis, Romeo Doubs at 5.5 is the closest which would be a 93-94 target pace. Jayden Reed also gets carries so he’s the best start for fantasy. It’s been a guessing game after that between Tucker Kraft, Christian Watson, and Dontayvion Wicks.
Seattle Seahawks
- DK Metcalf
- Jaxon Smith-Njigba
- Tyler Lockett
- Noah Fant
- Kenneth Walker
- DK Metcalf has been out which has allowed JSN to thrive a bit here. But they go on bye this week and we expect them to emerge a healthier team on the other side.
Wide Open
Carolina Panthers
- Right now, the target leaders for this team are Xavier Leggette (39), Ja’Tavion Sanders (30), and Chuba Hubbard (28). That puts the top guy on pace for 74 targets. Adam Thielen is set to return which will hurt the upside of Jalen Coker. We at least wish that Tommy Tremble would go away so that JT Sanders could play a full-time role. He’s clearly the best pass-catching tight end on the team. They activated running back Jonathon Brooks, so we’ll have to see where he factors in if/when he plays.
Cleveland Browns
- The volume has been high here which has been good for everyone. But it’s not entirely clear which guys are the true top options or whether it will revolve from week to week. David Njoku has consistently been within the top two and he has the TE eligibility making him the best fantasy asset. Cedric Tillman clearly has a connection with Jameis Winston, so he’s been a great option. But any given week would we be surprised if Jerry Jeudy or Elijah Moore led this team in targets? I wouldn’t.
New England Patriots
- Hunter Henry has 50 targets through 9 games - 53 would be a 100-target pace. SO not quite there but not far off. Henry and Demario Douglas are the best options for fantasy here. Kayshon Boutte has played a fairly high snap share as of late whereas Ja’Lynn Polk has fallen on the backburner. One more good game with 6+ targets for Henry and or Demario and we might be willing to elevate them. DeMario oddly has either gotten 3 targets or 9 targets in all the games he’s been targeted in - no more, no less.
