Fantasy Football NFL Week 13 Target Report: Thanksgiving 2024 Edition
It’s here folks. The greatest football week of the year. Thanksgiving! We’ve got a three game slate on Thanksgiving itself, a bonus Black Friday game, a practically full slate on Sunday (thanks to no bye weeks), and Monday Night Football. What did we do to deserve this?
Well, I guess we have six bye weeks crammed onto Week 13 and another six on Week 14. But let’s not think about that now. Let’s soak in all the football goodness for this week. And gear up for fantasy football playoffs!
2024 Fantasy Football NFL Week 13 Target Report Preview
Why do we do this? Well, historically incredibly rare for a team to have three players all get 100+ targets. It’s happened only once over the last three years and less than 3% of the time over the last five years.
More teams will have ZERO players get 100+ targets than have three. And, last year, every top 24 WR except one got 100+ targets (and that was Deebo Samuel who scored 5 rushing touchdowns). That’s why the NFL Fantasy Football Week 13 Target Report is so important.
In the chart below you will see our PROJECTION for what we believe will happen. That projection is a mix of what we are seeing on the field, who is actually healthy, and what we predict for the rest of the season.
Naturally, that is going to change from week to week and it’s important to check the notes section at the bottom as to why. Our 2024 NFL Fantasy Football Week 13 Target Report has a note for every single team. So let’s take a look!

Fantasy Football Week 13 Target Report Advice & Takeaways
NOTE: If a team moved from where they were in the Week 12 NFL target report, they will be denoted with ***
Clear Top Two
Arizona Cardinals
- Trey McBride
- Marvin Harrison Jr
- No change here. Marvin Harrison has been disappointing - in fact, he’s just on the cusp of a 100 target pace. Trey McBride has been great, especially for his position. But the reality is that these two are the clear top two on that team so they stay in this section. And in consideration for our starting lineups.
Atlanta Falcons
- Drake London
- Darnell Mooney
- We had hoped that Kyle Pitts and Drake London would become the clear top two here. But it’s actually been Drake London and Darnell Mooney leading the way with Kyle Pitts, Ray-Ray McCloud, and Bijan Robinson all splitting targets a tier down. Kyle Pitts being TE eligible is the only thing that keeps him fantasy relevant. Darnell Mooney is expected to return from a hamstring injury this week.
Cincinnati Bengals
- Ja'Marr Chase
- Tee Higgins
- This one is nice and easy. Chase and Higgins are stars. Everyone else is on the backburner now.
Jacksonville Jaguars
- Brian Thomas Jr
- Evan Engram
- With Christian Kirk and Gabe Davis done for the season, it’s pretty obvious now who the Jaguars need to lean on.
Las Vegas Raiders
- Brock Bowers
- Jakobi Meyers
- There’s really no denying it at this point - Jakobi Meyers has been very good. Hopefully Aiden O’Connell can keep things rocking but it’s not just Brock Bowers that has been a reliable fantasy asset since Davante Adams was traded.
Los Angeles Rams
- Puka Nacua
- Cooper Kupp
- Now that these two are healthy they are clearly the top two targets. Demarcus Robinson is merely a dart throw as the third fiddle and the tight ends rotate too much to trust.
New York Giants
- Malik Nabers
- Wan’Dale Robinson
- Theo Johnson is a decent spot start for bye weeks/injuries or a DFS play but he’s not truly a focal point of this offense. Nabers and Robinson offer the most consistency in terms of targets but maybe Drew Lock will shake that up.
Philadelphia Eagles
- AJ Brown
- DeVonta Smith
- Last week was a prime spot for Dallas Goedert. And he let us down. If he can’t perfect in a good matchup with no DeVonta Smith, I’m not sure when we’ll trust him.
Seattle Seahawks***
- DK Metcalf
- Jaxon Smith-Njigba
- Jaxon Smith-Njigba is the WR8 on the season. And he’s clearly ahead of Tyler Lockett at this stage. We’ve made the executive decision to move this team from “too many mouths to feed” to this section. Both Metcalf and JSN are studs.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
- Mike Evans
- Cade Otton
- In the first game with Mike Evans back, Cade Otton was pretty disappointing. This week they get the Carolina Panthers who are the worst team in the league against the tight end. If Cade Otton doesn’t have a solid day here, we will be seriously concerned for him for fantasy playoffs. Mike Evans is a must start stud, of course. Let’s also keep an eye on Rachaad White vs. Bucky Irving in terms of targets - it’s been White but Bucky just caught 6 of 6.
High Consolidation
Cleveland Browns
- David Njoku
- Jerry Jeudy
- Cedric Tillman
- Elijah Moore
- We warned that weeks like Week 12 would come. When it’s high consolidation with a lot of passing, everyone gets to eat. When it’s low volume, the targets can be spread out thin. In most cases, the volume should be high but it’s another tough matchup this week with the Broncos. Njoku with his tight end eligibility is the most valuable asset.
Houston Texans
- Nico Collins
- Tank Dell
- Dalton Schultz
- With no Stefon Diggs we are back to where we were last year. Tank Dell has 68 targets, Nico Collins has 60, Dalton Schultz has 57. Though Nico got all of his in only 7 games so clearly he’s the top option. Schultz is not to be trusted.
Miami Dolphins
- Tyreek Hill
- Jaylen Waddle
- De’Vone Achane
- Jonnu Smith
- Jonnu Smith and Jaylen Waddle had the big days this week with Tyreek Hill blanked by Christian Gonzalez. Against the Packers without Jaire Alexander, it could be more of a Hill day. Regardless, these four guys are the focal point - Julian Hill is 5th with 16 targets.
Minnesota Vikings***
- Justin Jefferson
- Jordan Addison
- T.J. Hockenson
- As we mentioned above, Kevin O’Connell’s Vikings are the only team in recent memory to have three players all get 100+ targets in the same season. It came with an asterisk as Hock was traded midseason. But the targets are fairly consolidated here.
New York Jets
- Davante Adams
- Garrett Wilson
- Breece Hall
- The team has not been good but these are clearly the focal points of the offense. Tyler Conklin only has 40 targets and Allen Lazard has not been healthy.
San Francisco 49ers
- Deebo Samuel
- George Kittle
- Christian McCaffrey
- Jauan Jennings
- Like the Dolphins, the 49ers basically tell you these four guys are getting the ball. Kyle Juzsczyk has the 5th most targets on the team with 19. Ricky Pearsall plays a part time role because of the fullback and blocking tight ends.
One Stud, Then Uncertainty
Baltimore Ravens
- Zay Flowers
- Diontae Johnson simply does not look like the weapon he was with the Steelers or even the Panthers in Baltimore. He played on 6 snaps this past week. Zay Flowers is the clear top dog and target leader while Rashod Bateman and Mark Andrews are more spot starts than reliable options. Neither is on pace for even 75 targets.
Chicago Bears
- DJ Moore
- There are two types of big games. There are big games where a specific guy gets a lot of targets (like Trey McBride getting 15 last week). And there are big games where EVERYONE gets a lot of targets because the team throws at an abnormal level. This past week was the second variety for the Bears. Don’t let that fool you - especially for Cole Kmet. He’s still behind three WRs that all have 65+ targets.
Dallas Cowboys
- CeeDee Lamb
- With Jake Ferguson out, Luke Schoonmaker was the lead tight end but still split with Brevyn Spann-Ford enough to not be as good of an option as Ferguson. Right now you start Lamb based on volume then the rest are break glass in case of emergency. Maybe Brandin Cooks can change that.
Denver Broncos
- Courtland Sutton
- Courtland Sutton has been great the last few weeks. After him, Javonte Williams has the second most targets. If you were going to bet on a Broncos wide receiver, it should probably be Devaugn Vele. Though Josh Reynolds could return soon to dilute things even further.
Detroit Lions
- Amon Ra St. Brown
- ARSB has 84 targets and Jameson Williams is the next closest with 47. Sam LaPorta only has 35 targets through 10 games which is devastating.
Indianapolis Colts
- Michael Pittman
- Josh Downs just does not offer the same kind of consistency with Anthony Richardson that he did with Joe Flacco. Flacco simply has a quicker release and is more accurate with the underneath stuff. If you are going to bet on a wide receiver, it should be Pittman. Downs is a fringe full PPR start, Pierce a standard dart throw chasing a long TD.
Kansas City Chiefs***
- Travis Kelce
- DeAndre Hopkins is still a guy we are starting in some spots because of his talent. But he’s actually played only 47% and 45% of the snaps the last two weeks. So we just can’t put him in the category of some of these guys that are clear alphas on their team. Out of Justin Watson, Xavier Worthy, and JuJu Smith-Schuster who all rotate with Hopkins, Worthy is the best bet. Despite the recent touchdowns, Noah Gray is a tough guy to trust.
Los Angeles Chargers
- Ladd McConkey
- Since Hayden Hurst got hurt, Will Dissly has essentially been west coast Zach Ertz. Neither offers much in terms of YAC but they are getting targets and can score. Ertz has scored more fantasy points over that span and it’s hard to love either but you could do worse. Ladd McConkey has been dependable but Quentin Johnston and Joshua Palmer are more boom/bust dart throws.
New Orleans Saints
- Alvin Kamara
- Kamara is the only one that gets consistent targets week to week though Marquez Valdes-Scantling has been gaining snaps every week. And Taysom Hill is obviously an enigma that you can roll out at tight end or even flex given his usage.
Pittsburgh Steelers
- George Pickens
- George Pickens has 82 targets, the next highest player is Pat Freiermuth with 38. That’s pretty much all you need to know about this situation. If you are holding out hope for Mike Williams, just know his snap share went backwards last week.
Tennessee Titans
- Calvin Ridley
- Calvin Ridley has been getting the consistent targets. But Nick Westbrook-Ikhine-Ikhine has scored a touchdown in 6 of 6 games. The Titans have one of the best playoff schedules for passing so NWI and Chig Okonkwo could be on the streaming radar down the stretch.
Washington Commanders
- Terry McLaurin
- Zach Ertz is a guy we can start due to the nature of the tight end position. And Noah Brown is a spot start option after securing the WR2 chair on this team. But Terry McLaurin is really the only “stud” over here.
Too Many Mouths To Feed?
Buffalo Bills
- Amari Cooper
- Dalton Kincaid
- Khalil Shakir
- Keon Coleman
- James Cook
- Coming out of the bye week we are HOPING that we finally get to see this team mostly healthy. Following the Amari Cooper trade, we’ve yet to see a game with him, Keon Coleman, or Dalton Kincaid all a full go. As it stands now, no one on this team is on pace for 100+ targets but there is hope for Khalil Shakir, Amari Cooper, or Dalton Kincaid. The concern is that maybe, after years of leaning on Stefon Diggs, that this team WANTS to spread the ball around.
Green Bay Packers
- Jayden Reed
- Romeo Doubs (OUT)
- Christian Watson
- Tucker Kraft
- Josh Jacobs
- Dontayvion Wicks
- Luke Musgrave (OUT)
- Romeo Doubs did not clear concussion protocol. But that just means that Christian Watson, Dontayvion Wicks, Jayden Reed, and Tucker Kraft will split the targets amongst the four of them. There still isn’t any high end target-getter as Doubs and Reed are both tied with 52. That’s not even close to a 100 target pace.
Wide Open
Carolina Panthers
- Adam Thielen returned but played a part time role. We’re not sure if he’s going to continue to be a part-time guy with Xavier Leggette and David Moore on the outside. Or whether he’s just getting ramped back up after being on IR. Jalen Coker was hurt so we don’t know where he factors in either. And now Ja’Tavion Sanders is hurt. The best bets right now feel like Xavier Leggette and Adam Thielen but no one on this team even has 50 targets.
New England Patriots
- Hunter Henry isn’t quite on a 100 target pace. But he’s close. And the tight end eligibility makes him a guy we can rely on. Demario Douglas is a full PPR spot start only. After him, Kayshon Boutte at least gets the snaps but the production has been rough.
