Best NFL DFS Week 11 Watch List: Top DraftKings & FanDuel Picks
Published: Nov 12, 2024
Are you ready to win some cash and build that 2024 NFL bankroll? If so, then t’s time to dive into the best NFL DFS Week 11 Watch List.
We have another four teams on bye this week in the Giants, Panthers, Cardinals and Buccaneers this week and while there weren’t many players on those teams we would be targeting, it’s worth noting that they were also four of the worst defenses.
Matchups are definitely going to be a little tighter this week in some cases, but we shouldn’t have much trouble finding weaknesses to exploit. We also get one more game this week than last as there is no European game on the schedule.
So, if you’re ready to build some winning DFS lineups, let’s get to the best NFL DFS Week 11 Watch List and figure out which featured players we want to use.
Best NFL DFS Week 11 Watch List For 2024
Before we get to the NFL DFS Week 11 Watch List, just a couple of quick thoughts about last week. Forget about it! Yes, that’s right. Forget it. We had a number of the top plays in the Watch List grid, but man, it was rough with some of the highlighted players.
Sam Darnold and Kirk Cousins crapped the bed, as did D’Andre Swift and Hunter Henry. Breece Hall was another disappointment and Dalton Kincaid got hurt. It was actually only Mike Williams who came through. It happens. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose and sometimes it rains. So as Ted Lasso says, “be a goldfish.”
We’ll do more dissecting of the matchups over the next few days, but for now, let’s get to the best NFL DFS Week 11 Watch List.
Top DraftKings DFS Week 11 Watch List
Jared Goff, QB Detroit Lions ($6,300)
The Jacksonville Jaguars couldn’t possibly ruin two quarterbacks in a row, could they? Not on the road in Detroit where Goff has routinely played better throughout his career.
The Jaguars are allowing the third-most passing yards per game, they’ve allowed 19 passing touchdowns, and they have given up the third-most fantasy points per game to the quarterback position. Yes, it’s a run-first offense, but we’ve seen how OC Ben Johnson uses it to open the passing attack.
De'Von Achane, RB Miami Dolphins ($7,200)
Just because the Raiders are coming of a bye week doesn’t mean they’ve revamped their run defense and will suddenly be good. They won’t be. They’ve been allowing an average of 130 rushing yards per game and have given up 10 touchdowns on the ground. And Achane gets all the touches these days, right?
With Raheem Mostert not seeing a single carry during Monday Night Football, you have to wonder if he’s fallen out of favor or if he’s still injured. Achane is also a featured back in the passing game which gives him that added value, especially here on Draft Kings.
Cedric Tillman, WR Cleveland Browns ($5,300)
How is he priced this low? It makes no sense. Tillman has averaged close to 11 targets per game over his last three and has turned them into an average of seven catches for 85 yards and a touchdown in that span.
Maybe the bye week took him off everyone’s radar, but considering the Saints secondary has been completely decimated, we expect Tillman to shine bright in this one.
Hunter Henry, TE New England Patriots ($3,900)
Don’t hate. Like I said – be a goldfish. The Rams rank 23rd in DVOA against the tight end and ae allowing the ninth-most fantasy points per game to the position.
Chalk up last week to just a bad game and understand that Drake Maye is targeting him roughly six times per game. The price is right here, especially if you need to find a position where you can pay down.
Best FanDuel DFS Week 11 Watch List
Bo Nix, QB Denver Broncos ($7,400)
The Falcons have allowed the ninth-most passing yards per game and opposing quarterbacks have posted a 96.4 QB-rating against them this season.
We know there are coverage issues, but more importantly, Nix adds the rushing yards to his game and his ability to run one into the end zone gives him a higher floor than non-mobile quarterbacks. They haven’t faced a legit mobile QB since Week 2, but when they did, Jalen Hurts rushed for 85 yards and a touchdown.
Jonathan Taylor, RB Indianapolis Colts ($8,400)
How bad has this Jets defense become, especially against the run. We just watched James Conner carve them up last week and Taylor is a better power-runner.
With the Jets allowing 134 rushing yards per game and 14 rushing touchdowns on the season, this should be a heavy workload for Taylor, especially when you want to make sure your offense isn’t too reliant on Joe Flacco.
George Pickens, WR Pittsburgh Steelers ($7,500)
I expect Pickens to be pretty chalky this week, especially facing a Ravens team that ranks 25th in DVOA against the pass and is allowing the most receiving yards per game.
We’re talking 314.6 receiving yards per game. Oh yeah, and 22 receiving touchdowns allowed. This is going to be a fierce AFC North battle and Pickens should benefit from its competitiveness.
Cole Kmet, TE Chicago Bears ($5,200)
No one is going to be on the Bears this week after they fired OC Shane Waldron, but this matchup against the Packers is going to be a good one.
You’re also looking at a team that needs to “save” Caleb Williams, so having him lean on his tight end and get that completion rate up is likely to be the move here. If you need to pay down somewhere, tight end will be it.
