We’ve got some serious tests coming up folks. Teams get injured last into the season and rosters get thin. On top of that, there are some big bye weeks coming.

Week 11 has four teams on bye. But week 12 has a daunting six teams getting the week off. For Thanksgiving week, every team plays. And then we are hit with another six teams out in Week 14. Those weeks could make the difference for a lot of fantasy teams down the stretch.

This fantasy football streamers article could become more important than ever. With everyone scrapping it will separate the true gamers from the folks who just get lucky. Let’s put ourselves on the right path, starting in Week 11.

Fantasy Football Streamers For 2024 NFL Week 11

This article works in conjunction with our Waiver Wire Adds and Stashes articles.

The Week 11 waiver wire article includes the best players to pick up in general - they have both short-term and long-term upside. But they might not be available, or you might get outbid. In our Week 11 waiver wire stashes article, we look at longer term options. But those aren’t guys you can necessarily start this week.

The Week 11 fantasy football streamers article is this one - guys that you can reasonably acquire off the wire AND potentially start this week.

We know that folks play in varying league depths so we’ll include any players that MIGHT be available (especially for really good matchups). And we’ll throw some honorable mentions in there for the really deep leagues. So, let’s dig into the Fantasy Football Streamers!

Week 11 QB Streamers

Bo Nix - Denver BroncosYahoo: 33% | ESPN: 16% | Sleeper: 44%

We mentioned both Bo Nix and Drake Maye in the main article but it’s simple. They both have mobile upside. And that’s everything in fantasy football. Nix gets the Atlanta Falcons this week who are currently 26th vs. the pass in DVOA per FTN Fantasy.

Drake Maye - New England PatriotsYahoo: 13% | ESPN: 11% | Sleeper: 25%

Copy and past the thought process above with Drake Maye getting the Los Angeles Rams who 21st in DVOA against the pass.

Russell Wilson - Pittsburgh SteelersYahoo: 22% | ESPN: 40% | Sleeper: 30%

It’s time for everyone to admit that Russell Wilson has been good and the Steelers have been good. He only three for 195 yards this week but he threw for 3 touchdowns. In the other weeks he threw for 264 and 278 yards. This week he gets the Baltimore Ravens who have been the single worst team against the pass this season. Russ is absolutely a viable play and could be for the rest of the season.

Week 11 RB Streamers

Gus Edwards - Los Angeles ChargersYahoo: 17% | ESPN: 21% | Sleeper: 19%

We talked about Gus in the main waiver wire article. And though guys like Audric Estime and Khalil Hebert from that article are a little too scary to throw in there, we’re willing to put our trust in Gus.

In his very first game back, despite a limited snap share, he got 10 carries. He might not get 10 carries every week but he’s a lock to get some and has the potential to score a goal line touchdown. That’s all we can ask for.

Cam Akers - Minnesota VikingsYahoo: 14% | ESPN: 16% | Sleeper: 20%

Aaron Jones left the game with a rib injury to get checked out and, even though he returned, that allowed Cam Akers to rack up some carries. Obviously Jones misses a game or two that makes Akers a GREAT streaming option but he could still be a pretty decent one even if Jones plays. They might want to lessen his workload with the rib issue and Akers has operated ahead of Ty Chandler since the Vikings traded for him.

Justice Hill - Baltimore RavensYahoo: 20% | ESPN: 13% | Sleeper: 33%

Justice Hill gets the pass work for the Ravens. Lamar Jackson doesn’t love to dump it down but Hill plays more than 50% of the snaps more often than you would think when the gamescript calls for it. In full PPR leagues, this is the kind of player we can throw in there.

Ameer Abdullah - Las Vegas Raiders, Yahoo: 13% | ESPN: 4% | Sleeper: 20%

Ameer Abdullah is getting the pass catching work for the Las Vegas Raiders. Which, when your team is down in most games, can prove to be a valuable spot. He led the team in snaps before the bye week and should lead the team in snaps often is that is going to continue to be his job.

Week 11 WR Streamers

Noah Brown - Washington CommandersYahoo: 13% | ESPN: 6% | Sleeper: 21%

We wrote about why we like Noah Brown in the main article but the short and sweet is that he’s quickly become the WR2 for the Washington Commanders. He had three straight games of at least 6 targets now. And they get the Eagles this week so the Commanders are going to have to throw.

DeMario Douglas - New England PatriotsYahoo: 26% | ESPN: 26% | Sleeper: 43%

As much as we love the idea of Kayshon Boutte or Ja’Lynn Polk breaking out in a big way and having upside rest of season, Douglas has been the more consistent stream. If we really boil down the schedule here, he had tough matchups against the 49ers and Jets then got sick against the Jags and left the game.

In the other games since Week 3 he’s had 9, 9, 9, 9, and 5 targets. In full PPR he’s reliable though not super exciting for standard or even half PPR. Kayshon Boutte is rostered in like 1% of leagues if you need a deeper option though.

Devaughn Vele - Denver BroncosYahoo: 1% | ESPN: 1% | Sleeper: 3%

This is the streamers article after all so we like to include some really deep streaming options just in case. Devaughn Vele might not be super exciting but, of the Broncos wide receivers after Courtland Sutton, he has had the most to offer in fantasy.

This past week he played the second most snaps behind Sutton so we are hoping he can run with that job. They get the Falcons here who have been a button 6-7 team against the pass.

Week 11 TE Streamers

Zach Ertz - Washington Commanders, Yahoo: 33% | ESPN: 25% | Sleeper: 46%

If needed, Zach Ertz will be there for us. He’s actually gotten 5 or more targets 5 of his last 6 games (but the one bad game vs. NYG was really bad with only one catch for 5 yards). He offers very little elusiveness so he’s a better option in PPR than the other formats.

Hunter Henry - New England PatriotsYahoo: 45% | ESPN: 54% | Sleeper: 52%

Some folks might get scared off by one down game for Hunter Henry. But he still played 89% of the snaps, ran 87.5% of the routes, and got four targets. He only hauled one in - it was a bad game. But I’m not going to give up on a good player with good deployment over one bad game. He gets a much better matchup this week.

Week 11 K Streamers

Jake Bates - Detroit Lions, Yahoo: 40% | ESPN: 71% | Sleeper: 38%

I know that Dan Campbell likes to go for it on fourth down. But Jake Bates has been clutch in real life and for fantasy over the last five weeks. He’s already had his bye and his schedule is good.

He gets Jacksonville this week and Indianapolis next week. Sometimes the move is just to start the kickers on the good offenses. The folks on ESPN have figured it out but he is still available on Yahoo and Sleeper.

Brandon McManus - Green Bay Packers, Yahoo: 3% | ESPN: 3% | Sleeper: 5%

Brandon McManus is widely available as no one was likely holding him through the bye week. He’s been solid for the Packers after they moved on from Brayden Narveson. And the Packers are a good offense once again with Jordan Love under center. Having a kicker that has already had his bye week is a nice feeling.

Week 11 DST Streamers

Green Bay Packers DST, Yahoo: 32% | ESPN: 25% | Sleeper: 21%

They were dropped in a lot of leagues going into their bye week so let’s take advantage. They get Chicago this week which has been one of the worst offenses. They fired Shane Waldron but that doesn’t necessarily fix things overnight. You’ll likely need to find another defense to start next week when they face San Francisco but they aren’t a bad play this week.

Cleveland Browns DST, Yahoo: 39% | ESPN: 38% | Sleeper: 24%

Another team coming out of their bye week who should not only be well rested but will be readily available. They get New Orleans this week which have been decimated by injuries.

  • Honorable Mentions: MIA vs. LV, LAR vs. NE
