NBA DFS Picks, Projections, Lineups, Injuries & More Today: Saturday Playbook

Cade underperformed expectation in a great spot last night and now gets a brutal matchup against the Wolves. You'll get a much better ownership number tonight and Cade has a high ceiling in any matchup, but this is no doubt a tough spot. 

A healthy Bucks team is going to make the ceiling outcomes for Lillard harder to find, but they are certainly in there still. Great matchup against Portland's 27th ranked defense. 

Great spot for Brunson against a Bulls team that plays at the 2nd-fastest pace in the league and ranks 24th in DefRtg. 

Vintage Haliburton showed up earlier this week in a tough spot against the Heat. The explosion games are rare these days, but he should be on your GPP radar considering he is under $9,000 on both sites. 

Excellent game environment with a high total and tight spread. Jokic stole the show last night, but Murray has been finding ceiling performances with more regularity lately. 

Playing time has ticked up in the absence of Aaron Gordon. Excellent game environment with a high total and tight spread. 

Should continue to start and play mid-20s minutes with Ja Morant sidelined. Pippen has a much better price tag on FD and can be rostered in any format there. He is better left for large-field GPP only on DK. 

Playing time is on the rise for Scoot, as he played 32 minutes last game against the Lakers. He has a high-usage role as the Blazers 6th man. 

It has been nearly a month since we have seen a 50 FP performance from Ant, but the next one could come at any moment. He gets a solid matchup against Detroit and the price tag is under $9,000. 

Herro is one of the top plays on the slate as the Heat finally appear ready to move on from Jimmy Butler. Herro was a consistent threat for 50 FP while Butler was out last month, and he gets a matchup against the worst defense in the league. 

Steph Curry is out again which should lead to an uptick in usage for Dennis Schroder. The freshly acquired guard finally had his shot working for the Warriors last night, as he made 5-of-9 attempts from the field. Schroder is one of the top value options on the slate. 

Rozier should get a nice bump from Butler being out of the lineup again. The price tag looks nice in one of the best possible matchups. 

Castle is near minimum price on DK and would be a top value option if Jeremy Sochan (questionable) sits again. Castle started and played 24 minutes with Sochan inactive last night. 

It has been a tough stretch for the long-range specialist lately, but Curry's absence provides a path for more playing time and more usage. If Buddy can get hot from three-point range, Kerr could potentially extend the leash. 

Bane has posted 45+ FP in back-to-back games. The usage should be there for him if he wants it while Ja Morant remains sidelined. Fast-paced game environment with a healthy total. 

Hart came back to earth a bit against the Thunder's top defense in his last game. Prior to that he posted back-to-back triple-doubles against the Wizards and Jazz. The Bulls have much more in common with the Wizards and Jazz than they do the Thunder. Hart has played 38+ minutes in six straight games and 40+ minutes in three straight. 

MPJ played 41 minutes in a tough loss to the Spurs last night, and they will run it back again tonight. Heavy minutes on front end is a bit concerning, but MPJ will likely be needed for big minutes again with Aaron Gordon still sidelined. 

Avdija has started and played at least 31 minutes in each of his last three games. His role should be secure with Jerami Grant still out. 

Steph Curry is out tonight and Wiggins gets a matchup against the fastest-paced team in the league. He is too cheap for his expected role this evening. 

Keldon is a great value option if Jeremy Sochan (questionable) sits again. He saw 26 minutes of action without Sochan last night. 

Barnes should start and play close to 30 minutes in an excellent game environment. His floor and ceiling get a boost if Sochan is out again. 

Giannis gets an elite matchup against the Blazer's 27th ranked defense. Joker-Wemby Part 2 should keep his ownership in check. 

Devin Booker has returned to the lineup, but now Bradley Beal (questionable) is banged up. The Suns need to start stacking wins if they hope to remain competitive in the West. Nice pace-up spot for Durant against the Pacers. 

Randle has posted at least 49 DK points in three of his last five games. He gets a solid matchup against Detroit tonight. 

Kuminga has been playing excellent basketball lately and now Steph Curry is out. He should play 30+ minutes off the bench against the fastest-paced team in the league. Kuminga has posted a 32% usage rate in the 6 games Curry has been inactive this season. 

Draymond is historically more productive with Steph Curry on the floor, so he is the Warriors piece I am least excited about tonight. That said, it is still a great game environment and Draymond has an attractive mid-range price tag. 

The Heat appear ready to move on from Jimmy Butler after issuing him a 7-game suspension. We need to keep an eye on the starting lineup, but I expect it is either Nikola Jovic or Jaime Jaquez stepping in. They are nearly identical prices on both sites, so the swap is an easy one. Both are playable no matter who starts given the elite matchup with the Jazz. 

Better reserved for DK due to the sub-$4,000 price tag. There is a chance Zach Edey reclaims his starting spot tonight which would take me off Clarke. 

83, 72.75, 93. Those are Joker's DK point totals over the last three games. Just find a way to get him in your lineup on DK. It is a tougher task on FD, but he would still be a priority for me tonight. 

A nice consolation prize if you can't quite get up to Jokic. Finding a way to play them both is an option as well. 

Another elite upside option that has found ceiling performances with great consistency. Excellent matchup against the Bulls who play at the 2nd-fastest pace and rank 24th in DefRtg. 

Excellent matchup for Bam with Jimmy Butler now suspended. The Jazz are ranked dead last in DefRtg. 

Good spot for Turner with Nurkic still suspended on the other side. I like the upside at his mid-range price. 

TJD failed to reach 30 FP for the first time in seven games last time out. He played just 21 minutes in a tough matchup with Joel Embiid. I am willing to go back to him in GPP as long he remains in the starting lineup.
