Great night in the NBA with seven games on the schedule. LeBron James and DeMarcus Cousins are the top options tonight. James Harden is suspended for tonight after kicking LeBron James in the nuts on Sunday. That will open up some good value plays for the Rockets. The Bulls also have a couple of great value options with Derrick Rose, Jimmy Butler, and Taj Gibson out.
The point guard position is led by Mo Williams, who continues to put up huge games for the Hornets. John Wall is a good play as well, but I'm worried that he fails to reach value. The shooting guard position is the best place to find value as Tony Snell, Wayne Ellington, Evan Turner, and Will Barton are all solid options. Tony Snell is the best play out of that group because he has the best chance to exceed his value.
The small forward position is surprisingly strong with LeBron at the top of the list. However, his price tag is extremely high on Fanduel, but he's capable of producing 60-plus fantasy points any given night. Would feel a lot more comfortable using him if Kyrie Irving doesn't play. Jae Crowder continues to put up consistent fantasy numbers, yet his price tag is still low. Rudy Gay is still a decent option, but his value took a big hit when the Kings announced that DeMarcus Cousins is probable for tonight's game.
Pau Gasol is the top option at power forward. However, Nikola Mirotic is the best value at the position because he doesn't cost that much and he'll be forced to play heavy minutes with Taj Gibson out. Terrence Jones is the best mid-tier option on the board, but not a fan of his high price tag on DraftKings. The center position is loaded with the news that Cousins is going to play. He is clearly the top option at the position and he becomes almost a must-start on DraftKings. Marcin Gortat continues to be under priced across the board, which makes him a great low-tier option. Like Al Jefferson as well because he faces the Lakers.
