I do not like these small slates very much. Four games is just not enough to really gain an advantage on your opponents in DFS. Don't get me wrong, I do love to play these slates it is just that I usually only play tournaments and because I am so strict with myself I do not allow myself to play these GPP's unless I have been winning my cash games.
Luckily, I've seen just two losing efforts so far this season and thus I will be riding high tonight in both GPP's and larger field qualifiers. But to win those events you need to stand out from the crowd and that means using players that are less than ideal. Remember, tonight is not a cash game night. Tonight is about tourneys and nobody wins tourneys regulary!!
