FantasyAlarm.com through a public court filing search (PACER) was able to locate the following documentation that confirms Fantasy Aces, LP and all of it's subsidiaries have indeed filled for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection. Based on an initial read there appears to be very little money left to go towards player funds. Additionally, many major industry companies are owed some pretty signifcant money.  FA Media, LLC, the parent comapny of FantasyAlarm.com was also a retail investor in this company.
