NFL Week 15 brings a 10 game main slate with top QB's such as Josh Allen, Dak Prescott, Tua Tagovailoa and Patrick Mahomes all featured on this week's main slate. The NFL has hit it's winter scheduling which means Saturday games and therefore shortened Sunday main slates. The smaller slates mean smaller player pool and increased rostership on the core plays. NFL DFS QB Top Tier Picks

Dak Prescott, Dallas Cowboys

The Cowboys offense continued its dominance in Week 14 with Dak Prescott throwing for 271 yards and two touchdowns against the Philadelphia Eagles. In Week 15 they head on the road to face the Buffalo Bills who have been playing better defense but not great defense and will certainly have their hands full here this week. The one thing the Bills do a good job at is stuffing the run so I look for Dak Prescott to be attacking this Buffalo secondary all game.

Brock Purdy, San Francisco 49ers

The current MVP odds favorite did nothing to hurt his odds in Week 14 as he threw for 368 yards and two touchdowns against the Seahawks. The 49ers offense  is an absolute machine right now and Purdy is shaking the “game manager” label by being a force under center and making the throws so the likes of Deebo Samuel, Brandon Aiyuk, George Kittle and Christian McCaffrey can go be playmakers. In Week 15 Purdy completed 20-of-21 passes for 283 yards and two total touchdowns against the Cardinals and that defense hasn't gotten any better.

NFL DFS QB Mid-Tier Picks

Sam Howell, Washington Commanders

The Commanders are on the main slate so you know Sam Howell is going to be in the QB coach. I've been saying all year that we don't need Sam Howell to be a good actual QB for him to be a good DFS QB and that was once again proved by his Week 13 performance where he completed just 52% of his passes for 127 yards with 0 passing touchdowns because, for the third straight week, he found the end zone on the ground. His two rushing touchdown performance against the dolphins brings his rushing TD total to five on the season. Now, that said, I am expecting him to have a much easier time throwing the football here in Week 15 as the Commanders are fresh off of a bye and facing a Rams defense which isn't all that special.

Jordan Love, Green Bay Packers

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers just allowed Desmond Ridder to throw for 347 yards and Love has really been playing better of late, throwing 11 touchdowns over the last five games. Even with Christian Watson dealing with injury the Packers still have the weapons in Romeo Doubs, Jayden Reed and Dontayvion Wicks to do damage here against the Buccaneers.

Matthew Stafford, Los Angeles Rams

Seems like the thumb is just fine as Stafford has 10 touchdowns over the past three weeks and now has one of the best individual matchups on the board with the Rams having a home matchup against the Commanders. With Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua leading the charge at receiver, Stafford, is proving to be a top DFS QB down the stretch.

NFL DFS QB Value Picks

Joe Flacco, Cleveland Browns

Is Joe Flacco elite? Ok, the joke has been made 100x over since Sunday's Week 14 performance but he certainly is looking the part right now with five touchdowns in his two starts this season. In Week 15 the Browns are home against the Chicago Bears and while the Bears defense is playing better, we just can't ignore the fact that Flacco has attempted 44 and 45 passes in both games he has played this season.

NFL DFS QB Fade

Patrick Mahomes, Kansas City Chiefs

The Chiefs offense just isn't looking smooth and now they head into New England to play the Patriots. Yes, I know the Patriots are one of the worst teams in the NFL but it isn't due to their defense which actually ranks among the best units in the league and just had a stretch where they allowed 10-or-fewer points in three straight games. Bill Belichick also knows how to defend Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce and no longer having to worry about Tyreek Hill will only make that job easier. Mahomes is a fade for me this week.
