Top-Price NBA DFS Core Plays
LeBron James, SF/PF, Los Angeles Lakers
LeBron sat on the front end of a back-to-back last night and that game went into double overtime. I would be shocked to see Anthony Davis play in this one after playing a whopping 52 minutes which was his 3rd game in a row of at least 40 minutes. Austin Reaves and D'Angelo Russell also played big minutes but I would still expect them to be in the lineup. If AD sits, LeBron will return value at his price of $10,200 on DraftKings and should be locked into lineups tonight.
Dejounte Murray, PG, Atlanta Hawks
Dejounte Murray is questionable heading into this with a back injury. That makes sense considering he has been carrying this Atlanta offense as of late. Over his last three games, he has scored over 55 DKP and is still priced under 10K on DraftKings. It is a solid matchup for him in this one with the Hawks and Blazers both struggling and ranking in the bottom-10 in defensive efficiency across the NBA.
Tyrese Haliburton, PG, Indiana Pacers
Tyrese Haliburton has finally started to hit shots like he did earlier in the season. Over his last three games, he has knocked down 50% from behind the arc on 22 attempts. It is a pace-down matchup against the Chicago Bulls in this one but in the three games against the Bulls this season he has scored at least 44 DKP in each contest. That also includes a 20-20 game where he scored over 65 DKP. If Haliburton continues to knock down shots in this one his ceiling is as high as anyone on the slate.
Mid-Price NBA DFS Core Plays
Jalen Green, PG/SG, Houston Rockets
With Alperen Sengun out with a leg injury, Jalen Green has stepped up in his absence on the offensive end. In the six games without Sengun this season his usage rate goes from 27 to 30%. His PPG has taken the biggest leap going from 18.2 to 30.1. His rebounding number has sky-rocketed as well going from 4.5 rebounds to eight. Green should once again be very good in this matchup against a tired OKC team.
DeMar DeRozan, SF/PF, Chicago Bulls
We have a massive pace-up spot for DeMar DeRozan and the Chicago Bulls taking on the Pacers in this one. Coby White has returned to the Bulls lineup the last few games and it looks as if it has helped DeRozan's production. In the last two games, he has at least 49 fantasy points scoring 27 and 28 games points. Also, what we love to see from DeRozan is his ability to distribute the ball. He has dished out at least six assists in four of his last five games. Play DeRozan in a great matchup against the Pacers.
I thought it would be easier to just lump Donte DiVincenzo, Josh Hart, and the cheapest of the group, Miles McBride. At this point in the season, players minutes fluctuate, but these guys continue to play a massive amount of minutes. Josh Hart is coming off his second triple-double in his last five games while playing 40 minutes. Donte has also gotten up 20 shots in back-to-back games and has scored over 50 DKP, and he is priced under 7K on DraftKings.
Then we have Miles McBride who is just $5,600 on DraftKings and has played 40 minutes in four straight games with OG Anunoby out. He is priced at just $5,600 and is one of the best values on this slate.
Deni Avdija, SF, Washington Wizards
Deni Is off the injury report heading into this one and should be ready to go against the Brooklyn Nets. We can not forget what Avdija has done when he has been on the court as of late. He is priced at just $7,200 on DraftKings and is coming off a 50 DKP night posting 22 points and grabbing 13 rebounds. In four of his last five games Avdija he has grabbed at least nine rebounds. Deni is priced to low, and should have a big game against Brooklyn tonight.
Mikal Bridges, SG/SF, Brooklyn Nets
Looking at the other side of that game we have Mikal Bridges who has been underwhelming as of late. He has not scored over 40 DKP in seven straight games but this pace-up matchup is too juicy to pass up in this one. Bridges has played at least 37 in back-to-back games we know he will get the minutes if this game stays close, which it should. I look for Bridges to get back on track in a great matchup against the Wizards tonight.
Naz Reid, PF/C, Minnesota Timberwolves
Naz Reid is a great value heading into tonight in a great matchup against the Detroit Pistons. Rudy Gobert is also questionable so if he sits, Reid will likely be one of the highest-owned players on the slate. Reid has scored over 42 DKP in two of his last five games. You will not find someone at his price that has a ceiling like Reid does in this one.
Scoot Henderson, PG, Portland Trail Blazers
Scoot Henderson and the Trail Blazers have a great matchup against the Atlanta Hawks tonight. Scoot has been good as of late scoring over 27 DKP in his last five games. The issue with Scoot as of late is him getting into foul trouble causing the lack of minutes he has played as of late. He has had at least five fouls in three of his past four games. If he stays out of foul trouble in this one, he has a 50+ fantasy point ceiling tonight. This could be a nice leverage play against the field because most guys will be on Dalano Banton who went crazy in his last game.
Value-Tier NBA DFS Core Plays
Corey Kispert, SF/PF, Washington Wizards
There is some solid value with the Washington Wizards tonight starting with Corey Kispert. I feel like I write about him in every playbook, but that is because he can blow up the slate if he is low-owned. The sharpshooter has scored over 15 game points in four straight games. He also grabbed 12 rebounds in the last game with Deni Avdija out. Now I do not expect that to happen again, but he can still get his fantasy points by knocking down shots. Kispert should be around 25-30 DKP tonight.
Richaun Holmes, C, Washington Wizards
Holmes has been great as of late for the Wizards dominating on the boards. In the last three games, Holmes has grabbed at least 14 rebounds in each while playing under 30 minutes. I do not expect that to change in this one as long as he continues to be in the starting lineup. With him priced under 5K on DraftKings, there is no reason not to play him in this one.
Dorian Finney-Smith, PF, Brooklyn Nets
Cameron Johnson has been ruled out in this one which means Dorian Finney-Smith should get the start once again. In the last game, he played 30 minutes in the start grabbed five rebounds, and dished out three assists while also scoring 11 game points. If Finney-Smith starts in this, he will return value at his $4,400 price tag on DraftKings.
Kris Murray, SF, Portland Trail Blazers
Kris Murray is another guy at this point in the season who is getting a ton of minutes. He has played at least 31 minutes in four straight games. Murray has gotten up at least double-digit shot attempts in each of those games. Murray is just 1-12 from behind the three-point line. If he starts to knock down shots in this one against a bad defensive team in the Atlanta Hawks, he will smash his price tag in this one.
Jonathan Isaac, PF/C, Orlando Magic
Jonathan Isaac is coming off his best game of the season. He scored a season-high 25 game points while grabbing seven rebounds, blocking two shots and getting a steal in just 23 minutes. Those 23 minutes are the most he has played since February when he scored 30 DKP. The Magic could be starting to ramp Isaac up to get him ready for the playoff run. If he plays 20+ minutes once again in this one, he will go 5x his value at just a 4K price tag on DraftKings.

Roster Lock Updates
- Shai Gilgeous-Alexander was downgraded to out, making Jalen Williams and Josh Giddey very intriguing tonight. In the lone game without SGA Giddey's usage rate goes from 22% to 30%. Giddey gets the biggest uptick in this one for the Thunder.
- Jonathan Kuminga has been ruled out. If Trayce Jackson-Davis gets the start, he should be in your lineup.
- Deandre Ayton, Jerami Grant, and Matisse Thybulle have been ruled out. Duop Reath has now been added to the player pool and is an outstanding value.
