The last time these teams faced, the Seahawks got the best of the Cardinals. But that was in Seattle - now they travel down to Arizona to play in the dome. All the shapes up for a close game and a tall order for our Seahawks vs. Cardinals predictions for Sunday.

Seahawks vs. Cardinals Predictions For NFL Week 14, Sunday 12/8
This “rivalry” has been a big one-side, to say the least. The Seahawks have actually won the last six straight here going back to 2021. As we mentioned earlier, the Seahawks won their meeting two weeks ago, 16-6. That game was in Seattle so this one will be in Arizona.
The win against Arizona came as part of a three-game win streak for Seattle where they also beat the Jets and 49ers. The Cardinals have actually dropped their last two to the Seahawks and Vikings after winning four straight before that.
Seattle Seahawks: Injury Questions
It’s looking like wide receiver DK Metcalf will be able to go this week after getting a full practice in on Friday. Kenneth Walker doesn’t look as promising after not logging a practice all week. Zach Charbonnett filled in admirably the last time he was asked to start with 18 carries and two touchdowns.
The Seahawks' defense has been good, ranking just outside the top 10 in DVOA per FTN Fantasy. The secondary has been the highlight with as corners Tariq Woolen and Devon Witherspoon are stout on the outside while safety Julian Love has done a great job of coming up to stop the run.
Arizona Cardinals: Getting Marvin Harris Jr. Going
The coaching staff last week said they wanted to get their stud prospect Marvin Harrison going last week. And they did their best with him logging a career-high 12 targets. He still only had five catches for 60 yards but he did manage to find the end zone. If they are going to make a playoff push and any kind of run, he’s going to need to find the next level. He is only 22 years old after all so they’re asking a lot of the rookie having him operate as the full-time split end.
The Cardinals defense has come around as of late and it’s seemingly coincided with them upping their pressure rate. They struggled to get after the quarterback early but have logged at least 15 pressures in their last four games including a whopping 36 against the Bears.

Seahawks vs. Cardinals: Game Total Over 44.5 (-115 at BetMGM Sportsbook)
Last time these two teams played it was a low scoring affair with the Cardinals, especially struggling, scoring only 6 points. But the conditions were exactly what you would expect in Seattle - cold and rainy. This week they’ll be playing in the Cardinal’s dome on the league’s best playing surface.
The Seahawks are one of the few teams with a capable backup running back in Zach Charbonnett so a potential Kenneth Walker absence doesn’t move the needle as much as you would think. With the star wide receiver trio in Seattle and Kyler Murray/Trey McBride due for some positive touchdown regression, I think this game has shootout potential. With the close spread, we also have the possibility of overtime on our side.
