NBA DFS Picks, Projections, Lineups, Injuries & More Today: Tuesday Playbook

This guy just beats you in every way. He triple-doubled last game for 56 DKP. He went for 38 actual and 69 FP the game prior. He had a 30-point double-double three games ago. Without Jaden Ivey he averages 1.5 FP/min and has a 35% USG rate.

It hasn't mattered whether or not Paul George and Joel Embiid. He's had a 30% USG in both of the last two games with Embiid and PG and has a 30% USG or better in eight straight overall. He has a massive ceiling, even with Embiid, and nobody ever plays him when they're healthy. 

Boy, Brunson's been a monster lately and is pretty cheap at 8.4K. He's had a 31% USG or higher in three straight games and has twice scored at least 36 actual points. Twice it's been a blowout. Indiana is a massive pace up spot for the Knicks and Indiana is 19th in DRtg.

Immanuel Quickley is a fantastic per dollar play here. Bottom-10 defense he's facing off against and got up to 30 minutes last time out. With Brown, Poeltl, Olynyk, and Barrett this year, Quickley has a 25.4% USG and 1.19 FP/min.

Tyus Jones is just a very safe option at his price point. He's only a .91 FP/min player without Beal and Nurkic, but the minutes are great and the pace up spot is too. Phoenix has one of the best implied totals on the board.

Devin Booker, without Beal and Nurkic, has a 32.3% USG and averages 1.29 FP/min this season. Booker plays massive minutes nightly and has a big pace up spot.

Coby White leads the team with a 25.8% USG without Zach LaVine and Lonzo Ball this year while averaging 1.04 FP/min. White has a good spot against the Pistons here.

I think this is a pretty solid play, the minutes could be a little all over the place. He has played a bunch lately, topping 29 minutes in three straight, but played low 20s in the two games prior. His minutes should be pretty secure without Bradley Beal.

The Raptors are without a bunch of pieces and Gradey Dick has a 22% USG and .98 FP/min. Philly is a bottom-10 defense and Dick is definitely safe at this price point.

It's hard to love Barnes' price, but he has a high ceiling when everything is clicking. Barnes, without everyone traded and injured, he has a 27.9% USG and averages 1.29 FP/min. Barnes is solid at SF because the position is weak.

Josh Hart has been 1.05 FP/min this year and gets a massive pace up spot in this one. It goes up to 1.09 FP/min if OG Anunoby sits out.

I think Thompson's risky because of the minutes, but man he's been great lately. He's realistically been good this year on a per minute span, averaging 1.05 FP/min with Jaden Ivey. Thompson's put up 27+ DKP in five straight, but again, he rarely plays more than 27 minutes.

Kevin Durant has been really good this year without Beal and Nurkic as Durant gets a +2.2% USG bump up to 32.5% USG and averages 1.34 FP/min. Massive pace up spot for Phoenix, too.

JJJ is a really, really good fantasy player. He's averaged 1.35 FP/min this year and has a 29.3% USG to boot. His minutes are secure and the Grizzlies need a big win here against a conference rival. 

Siakam averages 1.16 FP/min and a 24.4% USG on the year and Siakam's been better in that category specific. He's been north of 24.5% USG in six of his last seven games.

Tobias Harris is just safe. He doesn't have a massive ceiling, but he has a nice floor. He has played 30+ minutes in six of seven and has 27+ DKP in those six games. This is an elite spot for Harris.

Once again, we got a great version of Matas Buzelis last time out. He posted a 22% USG rate in back-to-back games and has double-figure actual points in six straight games. Buzelis has put up 31+ DKP in three straight and 27+ in four of five since being extended.

We've seen Agbaji enter the starting lineup the past two games and he's been solid. I don't think there's a massive ceiling here, but he is a shot maker. He's put up 19+ DKP in three straight and four of five overall.

Will Joel Embiid play today and sit tomorrow or play tomorrow and sit today. That's what we need to know. Will he close games like he didn't the other day? Embiid has played 30+ minutes and has had a 34% USG or better in each game since returning to the floor.

I prefer Brunson for cheaper if going for a Knick, but we know how good Towns can be. KAT has a massive ceiling and a low floor. Definitely prefer him in GPPs.

Jalen Duren has been great lately as he's been play making more. Duren is at 1.19 FP/min without Jadey Ivey this year. He's play making more, too, which has led to an increase in assists.

We're unsure if Turner's playing, but he's a good FP/min player at a really good salary. 6K is too cheap for him in a full complement of minutes as he averages 1.03 FP/min.

The Raptors have turned to Jonathan Mogbo as their starting center while Jakob Poeltl is out and that's going to continue here. He's been really solid at this price. I think he's safe but I'm not what they upside is.
