Draughn has agreed to terms on a contract with the Giants, NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reports.
Shaun Draughn (ribs) was limited in practice Thursday.
Draughn played against the Bears for five carries and 20 yards in the sloppy game at Soldier field. Carlos Hyde continues to see the lion share of the work in the backfield in San Fran and Draughn gets the sloppy seconds at best. He is not worth a look in any format.

With Carlos Hyde already sidelined with a concussion, the 49ers have stated that Draughn could miss Thursday's preseason finale. Draughn hasn't played in either of the 49ers last two pre-season games due to a rib injury that he suffered during a group practice with the Broncos. The 28-year-old is a lock to make the team and should be the main backup to Carlos Hyde this season.
49ers have re-signed Shaun Draughn to a one-year deal.
Draughn did a nice job filling in for both Carlos Hyde and Reggie Bush last year as he rushed 76 times of 263 yards and a touchdown. He's not one for starting and is barely even a change-of-pace back, but he does a decent job as a depth guy. Financial terns have not been disclosed.
