Marion Grice
Player News
Cardinals announced they have released RB Marion Grice and Robert Hughes.
With Andre Ellington and David Johnson poised to stay healthy this year, both Grice and Hughes are not needed and will be searching for new jobs for next season. Hughes actually played in all 16 games for the Cardinals last year as a special teamer, but he obviously wasn't special enough to be kept.
Cardinals re-signed RB Marion Grice to the practice squad.
With Andre Ellington still questionable and after witnessing David Johnson's near-miss of a major knee injury last week, the Cardinals will simply add Grice to provide some depth to the backfield. It is unclear as to what type of a role he will have but he still sits behind Stepfan Taylor and Kerwynn Williams on the depth chart.
Lions cut RB Marion Grice.
Grice did not play in any games for the Lions this season. Last year, he played in 10 games for the Cardinals and he had 15 carries for 41 yards and he scored one touchdown. He is still young, only in his second season, so another team might sign him and assign him to their practice squad.
Lions are signing RB Marion Grice to their practice squad.
The Lions need another running back in the organization after Zach Zenner's injury. Grice flamed out in Arizona. He'll probably never get off the practice squad.
