King Dunlap
Player News
King Dunlap (knee) is out for Saturday's game.
He hurt his knee in the Week 15 game, but was able to return to action in that contest. He was a limited practice participant during the week leading up to the game against Cleveland, but apparently the injury was worse than initially thought. His absence will hurt the Chargers, naturally, but should not make the Browns the favorites in this game.
King Dunlap left Sunday's game against the Raiders with an apparent knee injury.
This could have a pretty significant impact on the Chargers offensive line going forward. The Chargers offense has been crushed with injuries so far this season and losing an offensive tackle in this situation is not ideal. With Dunlap out, Chris Hairston will take over at left tackle.
King Dunlap has left the game due to an apparent injury.
Dunlap was injured on a big 3rd & 12 conversion. He went to the sideline right after the play and hasn't yet returned. Chris Hairston came in to replace him.
Chargers head coach Mike McCoy revealed King Dunlap is suffering from migraines.
Migraines are some of the worst battles that the body will fight because little helps them pass. Terrell Davis suffered from them chronically and still managed a fine career, however he may be the exception. Dunlap should end up playing, but not without the fear of a spontaneous flare up.
