Norwood hasn't been a major factor on any team in the NFL. He has just one touchdown to his name in his career, but the Jets could bring him on as a return specialist. Can you really call him that if he has no return touchdowns in his career? Probably not, but he isn't going to be a major threat in the passing offense. Do not draft him in your fantasy league.
