Don Barclay
Player News
The Broncos waived Barclay on Friday, Troy Renck of Denver 7 News reports.
Barclay was originally on a reserve/future contract with Denver. The 30-year-old appeared in 62 games for Green Bay from 2012 to 2016, but he's seen the field in only three regular-season contests since then.
Packers officially re-signed OT Don Barclay.
Barclay has started 23 of 43 career games for the Packers and will return to Green Bay where he will add depth along their offensive line.
Don Barclay, an unrestricted free agent, will re-sign with the team and take part in the off-season workout program that begins Monday.
Barclay was called to the plate when injuries forced him into the starting lineup last season. Although he won't be an immediate starter for the Packers, Barclay will supply depth on Green Bay's offensive line.
Packers OL Don Barclay has signed his RFA tender.
Barclay will return to the Packers for at least another season. As a restricted free agent, any team looking to sign him would have to deal with the Packers matching the offer or return compensation.
