Bears have signed Connor Barth to a contract and he will join the team on Monday.
With the release of Robbie Gould, it appears the Bears have found their replacement. Barth has played previous stints with Tampa Bay, Kansas City, and Denver. As far as fantasy football is concerned, Barth should be available on the week you need to stream a kicker in most leagues.
Bears are expected to sign kicker Connor Barth.
Barth recently lost out to Saints' kicker Kai Forbath but the Bears seem to think he's a better option then Robbie Gould. He nailed 23-of-28 attempts (82.1%) and only missed one of his extra points in 12 games with the Bucs last season.

Saints do not have a front runner for the placekicking battle right now.
Whoever wins the battle will likely be worth drafting in most fantasy leagues, but the Saints' placekicker hasn't been a top fantasy commodity for a few years now. Connor Barth and Kai Forbath have both had some success in the NFL, and could easily do so again, but this isn't the most compelling position battle in the NFL by a longshot.
