Trevor Booker

Booker hasn't generated much interest in free agency from NBA teams this summer, so he appears poised to head overseas for the first time in his career in an attempt to showcase himself for a potential return to North America next spring. The 30-year-old suited up in 68 regular-season contests between the Nets, Pacers and 76ers in 2017-18, averaging 6.3 points, 4.7 rebounds and 1.2 assists in 17.0 minutes per contest.

It was originally reported the Domantas Sabonis would start in place of the resting Thad Young, though the lineup has since been revised and Booker will run with the first unit instead. Booker will likely see a slightly elevated role from the 17.8 minutes he's averaged over the last four games, though he still shouldn't be relied upon for huge minutes considering the Pacers will likely want to keep their veteran as fresh as possible for their upcoming playoff run.

Booker should see an increase in minutes for the final two games of the season as it's apparent that the Pacers are going to cap the minutes of their first unit moving forward. Booker will return to his usual reserve role once the playoffs begin.

Booker sat out Thursday's game after spraining his ankle earlier in the week but will now return to action. It's unclear if he'll be a full go or if he'll be limited in any fashion. Look for Thad Young or Domantas Sabonis to see a slight minutes increase if Booker is restricted in any fashion.
