Underdog Fantasy NHL Picks November 30th: Its Pastrnak night in Boston against the San Jose Sharks
Welcome into NHL player projections central for the season on Underdog Fantasy! Player projections are becoming one of the hottest growing things in hockey over the past few seasons and I have definitely taken notice as it adds yet another layer to a great game experience. Throughout this season you will find picks offered on the Underdog site that I find the most appealing as there are many to choose from so that's why I'm here to help you sift through the options.
For today's slate, we have 14 games on tap around the NHL and plenty of options for player props! I have highlighted a trio of plays that I will be following tonight that includes 3 players around the league for the Boston Bruins, Anaheim Ducks and Florida Panthers! Good luck to everyone on the plays tonight, let's win some cheddar!
NHL Underdog Fantasy Top Picks November 30
David Pastrnak, Boston Bruins - HIGHER than 5.0 Shots On Goal
We got burned by Pasta Man eariler in the week but in the game he fell short he had 6 missed or blocked shots so the workload was there and just unlucky. Going higher than 5 shots on goal is hard for anyone but in a matchup with the Sharks the sky is the limit. The Sharks allow nearly 37 shots on goal per game and Pastrnak is averaging 4.7 shots per game this season, I think he tops the number tonight.
Frank Vatrano, Anaheim Ducks - HIGHER than 3.0 Shots on Goal
The Ducks are in a great spot tonight against the Washington Capitals as they are young and quick while the Caps are slow and allowing a ton of shots per game. In fact the Capitals allow the most shot attempts per game in the NHL this season at 62.37 per game, they don't allow many goals though but that doesn't matter for this play. Vatrano has gone higher than 3 shots on goal in 12 of 18 games this season with 4 pushes and should make some plays tonight, fire up the Ducks!
Anton Lundell, Florida Panthers - HIGHER than 2.0 Shots on Goal
I knew I needed a play from the Panthers tonight as the Montreal Canadiens are on a back to back night and allow so many shots on goal. The one number that wasn't inflated was Lundell who was down at a measly 2 shots on goal. Lundell has hit the higher on this line in 7 of the past 10 games and will anchor Florida's 3rd line tonight which is rife with great talent and the Habs are thin down the middle right now. He doesn't need to be a hero tonight just do his job and we will cash this one.
