The Bucs season truly has been a rollercoaster thus far, but with the NFC South being extremely mediocre once again, sitting with a .500 record is nothing to worry about. In fact, it actually has them tied with the Atlanta Falcons for the division lead.

With that in mind, there is simply no reason for them to do anything other than focus on what has been working for them. Since the injury to star WR Chris Godwin, it’s been RB Bucky Irving who has been tearing things up. He was hobbled at the tail end of the Panthers game last Sunday, so that is certainly a factor for any Raiders vs. Buccaneers predictions.

While Tampa no longer has Godwin, WR Mike Evans has at least been able to go, and the aforementioned Irving has been a revelation. We know that us having a favorite north of a touchdown sounds drastic, but keep in mind that thanks to the teaser approach, we just need the Bucs to win outright.

That shouldn’t be a worry, as not only are the Raiders 2-10 this season, but they’re not able to keep games close more often than not. Even with their hard-fought loss to the Chiefs recently, they still have a -110 point differential (fourth-worst in the NFL).

As far as the total goes, it’s difficult to imagine Las Vegas scoring more than 20 points with their QB and RB issues, not to mention that they traded superstar WR Davante Adams earlier in the season. In fact, they’ve scored more than 20 points just once in their past nine games.
