Loserball Fantasy Scoring: May The Worst Team Win!

In order to fully understand handicaps, it’s important to understand the Loserball scoring system. In total, there are 16 different categories of marvelous mistakes, ranging from points given up all the way to the coveted safety allowed.

We saw two of the latter in one game in Week 1, so don’t think that some gaffes are too elusive for you to predict! There never seems to be a shortage of funny flops week after week, so be sure to stay refreshed on the Loserball scoring system!

 

 

 

NFL Week 4 Handicaps: Loserball Fantasy Football

Now, if we’re getting fabulous flaws on a weekly basis, of course, we have to balance things out! That’s where our experts’ algorithm for handicaps comes into play. Each team is designated a handicap that will be used in combination with their accumulated negative points.

So, a large handicap means that we are anticipating quite a few flaws, while a low handicap means that we don’t expect nearly as many magnificent mistakes. We’ll share some notable handicaps in just a moment, but you can see each of the Week 4 Loserball handicaps here! 

Some of the notable handicaps challenging your Week 4 selections include:

  • Despite the Minnesota Vikings proving to defy their handicaps thus far this season, their 159 handicap is the highest of Week 4! While they do play a division rival in the Green Bay Packers, they have been the absolute worst team for Loserballers with a cumulative score of 73 this year (the only team with a positive value!);
  • On the opposite end of the spectrum is the San Francisco 49ers with a handicap of 0, who host the New England Patriots. It’s a coast-to-coast matchup where the Niners find themselves as the biggest favorites in the betting markets, so the low handicap doesn’t come as a surprise;
  • One team that we’re keeping a close eye on is the Atlanta Falcons. They have a low handicap of just 21, but they’re facing a division rival in the New Orleans Saints that will be looking to keep the momentum going after last week’s loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. It’s another intimidating bird mascot, but don’t be surprised if they’re able to clip their wings!
