NFL Injury Report - Fantasy Football Divisional Round: Lamar Jackson & More
We’re down to eight teams in the NFL Playoffs and there are plenty of NFL injuries we’re still monitoring at this point!
NFL Injury Report - Divisional Round: Fantasy Football Injuries
There may be even more critical players that pop on the NFL injury report when we get official team injury reports, but for now, the list below is what we have.
Let's dive into what we’re looking at currently for the Divisional Round of the NFL postseason.
NFL Divisional Round Injury Report: Quarterbacks
Lamar Jackson Injury Update - Back
We’re not worried about Lamar Jackson for the divisional round, but it is worth noting he took a knee to the back. Head coach John Harbaugh said he doesn’t expect Jackson to be limited at practice this week, but we also know Harbaugh’s track record. He rarely shows his hand.
Jalen Hurts Injury Update - TBD
We saw, during Wild Card weekend, Jalen Hurts go to the medical tent. There was nothing else coming from the Eagles about what he went in for, but he went in and returned to the game after that. So, we’ll have to wait for this week’s injury report if there’s anything lingering with Hurts.
NFL Divisional Round Injury Report: Running Backs
David Montgomery Injury Update - Knee
Everything is pointing towards a David Montgomery return in the Divisional Round of the playoffs and that’s coming directly from head coach Dan Campbell. We’ll see if there are any limitations if/when he does return.
Isiah Pacheco Injury Update - Ribs
There’s nothing really to be concerned about, but Isiah Pacheco is currently listed on the injury report. He didn’t play in Week 18, much like all of the Chiefs starters, so we’ll see what his practice status is when that first comes out, but Pacheco played from Week 13 to 17.
Ray Davis Injury Update - Concussion
Head coach Sean McDermott told the media on Monday that Ray Davis is currently in concussion protocol. He’ll have until Sunday to be cleared. He has a tough road ahead.
NFL Divisional Round Injury Report: Wide Receivers
Zay Flowers Injury Update - Knee
When asked if Zay Flowers would play this week, head coach John Harbaugh said they’re in “we’ll see mode.” He also noted that Flowers wouldn’t have to practice in order to play, but we’d probably have little confidence in him playing if he doesn’t get back on the practice field.
NFL Divisional Round Injury Report: Tight Ends
Tyler Higbee Injury Update - Chest
The Rams sent Tyler Higbee to the hospital for an issue with his chest, but head coach Sean McVay told the media he’s in stable condition and is expected to be OK. There’s nothing definitive about his Divisional Round status at this time, however.
