Domantas Saboins’ teased rebounding line of yesterday’s bet of the night was successful. But the ‘guarantee’ on the Sacramento Kings winning against the Washington Wizards was not, thus ruining a great portion of our NBA predictions.

What a shame, but several projected high spread winning teams lost. Including the Boston Celtics, who were routed by their rival the Miami Heat. Despite that Tyler Herro did not cover his original three point line, nevermind a teased up 4+ alternate line… That outcome defied logic.

It was not all bad news as the Los Angeles Clippers once again delivered for Fantasy Alarm NBA best bets. Not only did they win, but they also kept the game under 216.5 points as they have held two consecutive opponents under 100 points.

NBA Picks, Predictions & Best Bets Today, 4/3

There are six games across the Association tonight, with two nationally televised games on TNT.

The first of our NBA best bets today comes from the match that was originally scheduled as the first TNT game.

Bucks vs. 76ers Prediction: Milwaukee ML & Antetokounmpo 25+ Points (+122 SGP on DraftKings) *BET OF THE NIGHT

The Philadelphia 76ers host the Milwaukee Bucks at Wells Fargo Center in a projected blowout. The Milwaukee Bucks come into tonight’s match with a -12.0 spread and have an opportunity to move up to fifth place in the Eastern Conference. The Philadelphia 76ers have the longest losing streak in the Association, 9 games, and are giving their best, “look at me, look at me” impression for the upcoming NBA lottery draft pick.

In fact the gametape reflects if a 76ers player is doing too well, he just earned himself time on the bench. Head Coach Nick Nurse is doing everything he actively can to put Philadelphia in a better draft position. Philadelphia currently has eight players out tonight, and Guerschon Yabusele is listed as questionable. An uphill battle awaits before the game even begins.

Milwaukee is in a state of adjustment, and are eagerly awaiting the return of Bobby Portis. Until then Giannis Antetokoumpo has become the do it all man, and Head Coach Doc Rivers stated it best. He informed Giannis, ‘you are the point guard of the team with Dame (Damian Lillard) out’. And in a display of his true greatness, Antetokounmpo has responded.

He dished out 11 assists in his most recent match, and has gone over his average of 6.0 assists in five of his last nine games. However he’s not just a play maker and facilitator… he’s still an elite scorer. That is what this portion of NBA best bets will focus on, his scoring ability, and he’s one of the best scorers of all-time.

Antetokounmpo is averaging 30.4 points per game, and has scored 28 or more points in six straight matches. The 76ers allow 115.7 points per game, and the Bucks can move up a spot in the rankings with a win today. They should be playing with intensity and energy and cover the -12 spread behind another strong performance from Antetokounmpo.

Warriors vs. Lakers Prediction: Los Angeles -1 (-110 on Bet365)

For the second of our NBA best bets today we look at the spread… if you can call it that.

The moneyline on Bet365 was -120, and the -1 is -110, so if the Lakers win by one point a push would be in play. When looking at alternate lines of -1.5 or -2.0 the odds actually decreased. So, the suggested spread of -1.0 is the best bet for this match. As great as the Warriors have been with Jimmy Butler, they are about to run into a Lakers team that dominates at home, 29-9.

With the Denver Nuggets loss against the San Antonio Spurs last night, Los Angeles moved into third place. Now they can control their fate, and set themselves up with an opportunity to play the Houston Rockets. They just have to win out, but should they lose today they would move back to fourth, and would be only 1.0 games ahead of the Golden State Warriors.

The Lakers have size as their advantage against the Warriors. Neither team has an elite center capable of dominating a game, but the Lakers have two stars that can take over a game when needed. Luka Doncic and LeBron James are becoming a force against their opponents capable of controlling stretches at different times in the match. Austin Reaves has improved his off the ball play, but can still be a lethal scorer when those two are off.

The Warriors have a great starting roster, but are still carried by Stephen Curry. Butler has been great for the team, and he is putting up great numbers, but the team wins when Curry plays well, and loses when he does not. Look for the Lakers to ride their size and for Luka Doncic to have a magnificent performance against a bad defensive backcourt. Put a unit on the Lakers to cover the low spread.

Best NBA Prop Bets & Other Picks Today, 4/3

The player proposition wagers are tight tonight, but there is one that stands out against the rest.

It is the last of our NBA best bets today.

Timberwolves vs. Nets Prediction: Rudy Gobert O11.5 Rebounds (+102 on FanDuel)

Rudy Gobert fouled out in the fourth quarter in what turned out to be the game of the year. The Minnesota Timberwolves won a double overtime match against the Denver Nuggets in a heart racing divisional battle. Despite fouling out Gobert earned 12 rebounds, and he has been a force in the paint lately.

Gobert recorded 25 rebounds, yes twenty-five, against the Detroit Pistons two games ago. He has recorded 12 or more rebounds in four consecutive matches. Although he is averaging 10.6 rebounds per game this season, since his return from his latest absence he has been rebounding well. He has 12 or more rebounds in five of the last ten Timberwolves matches, and in games he has played over 27 minutes he has recorded double digit numbers.

The Brooklyn Nets are a better team than their record indicates and they are one of the few eliminated teams that are not tanking. They have won two in a row, and have a good offensive backcourt. They are an average rebounding team allowing 52.4 per game this season. However they allowed 62.0 in their most recent game, and over the last three matches have allowed an average 54.3 per game.

Minnesota is in the rock ‘em sock ‘em positional battle that is the Western Conference. Positions three through eight are separated by just 2.5 games, and Minnesota is on the back end of it. They are currently sixth due to tie-breaking scenarios, but are 20.0 games back from first, along with the Memphis Grizzlies and Los Angeles Clippers

Simply put there is no room to slack off, and Gobert will feel the obligation of playing with more effort as he could only watch both overtimes. Put a unit on the plus odds proposition at FanDuel, and if not a current customer, make sure to take advantage of Fantasy Alarm’s promotional offer for FanDuel Sportsbook.
