The Washington Wizards host the Sacramento Kings in a game the Kings should win. The Capital One Center should be a place the Kings come to and conquer, led by their star Domantas Sabonis. The Kings are ahead of the Phoenix Suns by 1.5 games, and with a win could go up 2.0 games. 

Sacramento is favored by -13 points in this match, and it is recommended to stay away from the spread. Instead take the moneyline and add Sabonis’ rebounding prop. His line is at a crazy 14.5 rebounds, but Sabonis is the leader in rebounds per game with an average of 14.0. He has been the best rebounder for the past three seasons, he’s gone over 14.5 rebounds in three of his last five games and will be an enforcer once again. 

Washington has allowed the most rebounds the past two seasons. They have a terrible front court and are leaning on Alex Sarr who is hitting a rookie wall. The Wizards have allowed an average of 56.9 rebounds per game this season, allowed 67 in their most recent match, and have allowed 57.3 per game over their last three games. 

It is a recipe for a great plus odds win, and two units are suggested for the bet of the night. Sabonis is an all-time great rebounder, and Washington has been the worst rebounding team in modern history. Sabonis' line is at +100, but adding the money line gives just a little better odds and is almost a guarantee to happen.

 

 

 

Pelicans vs. Clippers Prediction: Los Angeles ML, Total U216.5 (+100 SGP on Bet365)

The Los Angeles Clippers are back in action and NBA best bets are back on the Clippers. The sportsbooks have woken up to the blowout games late in the season, and Los Angeles has a -17.0 spread against the New Orleans Pelicans. They could achieve it, but we are staying away from it. Instead, the second Same Game Parlay is suggested.

New Orleans is in full tank mode, and they currently are the fourth worst team in the Association. The Clippers are currently eighth in the Western Conference, but only 1.0 games back from the fifth place Golden State Warriors. They can easily climb out of the play-in and into the playoffs and should gain 0.5 games on at least one team from fifth to seventh place.

The Clippers have been winning games with excellent defense, holding opponents below their average. They have the fourth best defense in the Association, allowing just 108.4 points per game. The Pelicans are averaging 110.2 points per game, and this is a recipe for a low scoring match between Western Conference teams. 

New Orleans will be without CJ McCollum, Brandon Boston, and Jordan Hawkins in addition to Zion Williamson, Trey Murphy, Herbert Jones, and DeJounte Murray. That is seven players, but only the first three had any chance at playing today. Regardless, being shorthanded against Ivica Zubac, Kawhi Leonard, and James Harden is not ideal. 

Those three play with intensity and have a goal of getting out of the play-in. Put a unit on the second, plus odds Same Game Parlay and watch the Clippers control this game with great defense. The Boston Celtics host their rival, the Miami Heat, at TD Garden and it is another projected blowout. It is a match between the two longest winning streaks in the Eastern Conference, Boston is on a nine-game win streak, and the Heat are on a five-game win streak. Still the Celtics are -11.0-point favorites at home.

With that logic the Heat are going to be playing catch up for most of the game, and that is partially why putting a unit on Tyler Herro’s alternate three-point line is suggested. 

He has made four or more threes in three of his last four games, and the one he did not was the most recent. He went 0-6 against the Golden State Warriors two days ago, and the 2025 three-point scoring champion should bounce back.

He is the best scorer on the Heat’s team after the departure of Jimmy Butler, and the team’s only All-Star. He will need to have a great three-point scoring night to keep pace with the Celtics who look in championship form. They may lose by more than 11 points, but Herro should cover this prop.

Herro’s three-point line is set at 2.5, with -165 odds on the over. Instead of taking such a juiced line, add one more made three. The odds shift drastically, and Herro has been scoring from behind the arc on a regular basis. He’s averaging 35.6 minutes per game, so the opportunities will be there.
