There are nine games today and two nationally televised on ESPN.

Prior to that, they needed overtime to overcome the Chicago Bulls. The Knicks are ten-point favorites, and this is not one to tease down. Philadelphia is the bounce back game for almost every franchise in the Association, and New York will look to make it the same. They are 4.5 games ahead of fourth place Indiana Pacers, and 4.5 games behind the Celtics, a safe third, but they must start playing better.

They have not had a good game since the All-Star break, look for them to cover the spread easily. It is time to remind everyone of the Law of Averages with Karl-Anthony Towns. His line has been 13.5 for most of the 2025 calendar year, and that is where it is tonight. As mentioned the Knicks need a good game, and Towns has been a rebounding machine. The only threat is a blowout, but if Towns plays his average minutes he should have no issue dealing with Andre Drummond. Joel Embiid is shut down and Towns has covered this in two of his three games since the All-Star break.

NBA Parlay Prediction: Pacers -5 & Rockets -5 (-105 on Bet365)

The Toronto Raptors play at Gainbridge Fieldhouse against the Indiana Pacers, and the San Antonio Spurs play at the Toyota Center against the Houston Rockets. Of all three teams only the Indiana Pacers rested yesterday, the three other teams were in action.

Toronto and San Antonio both had to travel after a loss, but Houston played at home and won… they returned home to their own beds. The Pacers have been at home too, and this bet favors the home teams in a teased down parlay. 

The Pacers and Rockets are ten point favorites in today’s matches, and they are each in the playoffs, while their opponents are not even in the play-in. There are not many games left on the schedule this season, and Indiana and Houston both have an opportunity to improve their rankings or stay in front of teams just behind them.

It has been a few months since Giddey made an appearance in this column, but he is back and for good reason. Giddey has been on a tear as of late, with double doubles in his last three games. He also was able to rest yesterday and will be playing with fresh legs.

Two of those games he recorded 16 rebounds, and in another he recorded 10 assists. Not many players can do that, but Gidey is 6’ 8” and can take advantage of smaller backcourts. The Los Angeles Clippers come to the United Center and bring a great rebounding team. They have allowed the third fewest rebounds per game this season at just 50.0. 

Giddey will be asked to step it up in the absence of Nikola Vucevic, who is out for the second straight match. That puts Giddey in a position to be the team's leading rebounder, and he has the highest projected total for the Bulls. 

Ivica Zubac is an outstanding rebounder, but Giddey will be matched up on James Harden, Kris Dunn, and Kawhi Leonard. He has the length to out rebound all three of them. As tempting as it is to move Giddey to the double-double wager, put a unit on him to earn over 8.5 rebounds.
