However the double unit hammer on the Cleveland Cavaliers covering a -1.5 spread was easily covered in the second quarter, and never relinquished as the Cavaliers dominated the game.

Jeremy Sochan almost doubled his projected rebounding line, and ended with 14 total. That combined with the double unit pick combined for a +1.57 unit gain. Once again proving that ‘Two Out of Three Ain’t Bad’.

There are nine games today, and several teams playing on the second of back-to-back games. There could be some unpredictable scores in today’s games, but our best bets have an opportunity for a sweep with two player props and a low spread.


Heat vs Hawks Prediction: Hawks -1.5 (-110 on Bet365) 

The Atlanta Hawks host the Miami Heat in the first game of today, a 3:10 PM ET tip off. The Hawks enjoy the smallest of favorable odds with a -1.5 predicted advantage. They could win by much more though.

The Heat will be without Jimmy Butler, which is almost a routine occurrence. Miami could have a team that has plenty of experience playing without Butler, but they are much better when he is in the lineup. Not having him is a major blow, so much so that they are underdogs.

The Atlanta Hawks have won their last two games, and have a more complete roster. Trae Young is listed as day-to-day but the rest of the starters have no injury designation. The expectation of this bet is for Young to play and for the Hawks to earn their third consecutive victory. 

The Heat are one place ahead of the Hawks in the Eastern Conference. However Atlanta has more wins and scores 5.9 more points per game. Put a unit for the Hawks to cover the spread at State Farm Arena, where they are 9-7 on the season.

 

 

 

Bucks vs Bulls Prediction: Nikola Vucevic Over 1.5 Three's Made (-150 on Bet365) 

NIkola Vucevic is still our go to bet of the season. The odds have slipped to -150 or lower depending on the sportsbook, but that is okay. The Well is simply too good to pass up, especially on a day with several teams playing back to back nights. A dependable bet is a valuable bet. 

The Chicago Bulls seem content to let their players display the best possible offense in order to maximize their trade value. Defense has become an afterthought as the Bulls look to outscore any and every team, while displaying their trade bait.

This leads to more opportunity, which increases the percentage of this pick being successful. Vucevic only had 1 three point attempt in their most recent game. He did make it though, and he has made 2 or more threes in six of his last eight games. Kings vs Lakers Prediction: De’Aaron Fox Over 5.5 1st Quarter Points (-130 on Bet365)

The Sacramento Kings are in a state of change, right in the middle of it actually. They fired Head Coach Mike Brown who recently won Coach of the Year and earned a contract extension. He helped Sacramento end the longest playoff drought in the Association's history, and was locally appreciated. With Anthony Davis and LeBron James defending the front court, look for Fox to score from the perimeter early and often in this match. This prediction just needs over 5.5 points in the first quarter. A quarter he should play several minutes in. The Los Angeles Lakers always play the Kings tough, but they have a tendency to be high scoring games.

Fox simply needs two field goals for this bet to be successful, and could get there with threes, mid range field goals, and/or free throws. Put a unit for him to have 6 points before the first twelve minutes of the game goes by.
