The 2025 NBA Finals continue on Friday night with Game 4 between the Oklahoma City Thunder and Indiana Pacers. Happy Friday the 13th, everyone! Meatloaf was served for Game 3 of the NBA Finals. It was a back-and-forth battle with the Pacers pulling away in the fourth quarter. There was great value on the Pacers' moneyline, but unfortunately for us, not the first quarter moneyline.

Stay tuned for our NBA Best Bets Today for tonight's Game 4 showdown. We'll dish out NBA picks, props, and predictions for Thunder vs. Pacers on Friday, June 13th. Bet Smart, Be Lucky - Iggy

NBA Picks, Predictions & Best Bets Today, 6/13

With a quick turnaround to Game 4, the NBA Best Bets Today look to ride the same wave of momentum. The formula is not changing as we seek our fourth consecutive profitable game in the NBA Finals. Let's first review how our Game 3 NBA picks turned out.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander was visibly tired in the fourth quarter and had difficulty scoring all night. As mentioned, the possibility of an off night due to the first road game in two weeks proved to be just that. Gilgeous-Alexander attempted his fewest free throws of the NBA Finals and recorded his fewest amount of points (24). SGA went safely under his proposition of 34.5 points, but remember to check Fantasy Alarm’s Twitter/X account (and mine @IDP_IGGY) to take advantage of live bet player props immediately after tip-off.

The bet that made us sweat was Pascal Siakam over 19.5 points. He had 19 points with less than 10 seconds remaining and the shot clock turned off. He gets double-teamed at the top of the paint and sneaks past to make a difficult lay-up against Gilgeous-Alexander with eight seconds remaining in the game. The last made field goal of the night ensured Fantasy Alarm’s third consecutive profitable NBA Finals game.

Thunder vs. Pacers NBA Finals Game 4 Best Bet: Friday, June 13th

The Indiana Pacers host the Oklahoma City Thunder for Game 4 of the NBA Finals at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. The Fieldhouse was rocking and loaded with Pacers alumni for Game 3, and the same is expected tonight. Indiana has covered the spread in two of the three games of the Finals, defying top NBA analysts. Despite being up 2-1 in the series and playing well at home, they are once again underdogs.

The +6.0 spread is the lowest it has been, but the Pacers have an opportunity to win this game. Tyrese Haliburton displayed an ability to score in more than the fourth quarter, and the bench of Indiana proved to be unstoppable. The pre-Finals talk was on the depth of the Thunder, but the Pacers displayed their bench’s ability to change the game with 49 points in Game 3.

T.J. McConnell was as impactful as any Finals MVP in just 15 minutes off the bench. He scored 10 points, had 5 assists, and earned 5 steals. It was the first time a bench player has contributed those numbers in the NBA Finals. Obi Toppin played over 27 minutes, and his impact exceeded his stat line of 8 points, 6 rebounds, and 2 blocks. He had timely plays to shut down Oklahoma City’s momentum, and filled in for a Pacers team that had three starters with three fouls before halftime.

Tyrese Haliburton and Pascal Siakam were able to step up when needed, and each scored over 20 points. Should they do well again and the bench be productive, Indiana will cover the spread – if not win the match. Thunder vs. Pacers NBA Finals Game 4 Player Props: Friday, June 13th

Jalen Williams had an outstanding performance in Game 3. He was the Thunder's leading scorer with 26 points. He also earned 6 rebounds and 3 assists in just over 36 minutes of gametime. As great as his effort was, it was not enough to get past the Pacers without a good game from Gilgeous-Alexander.

Williams' 26 points were his most in the last four NBA playoff games, and most impressive is that he did it with just 9 made field goals. However, the Thunder will quickly realize that they can not win a match against the Pacers with their MVP scoring just 24 points. Williams will be forced into the second-best player role once again.

Gilgeous-Alexander will take away from Williams’ production in Game 4, as the former will dominate the ball with hopes of getting fouls and earning points at the free-throw line. Williams will be tired in a quick turnaround into Game 4, and the Pacers will look at game tape to eliminate his ability to go left.

Put a unit on a point regression from 2025 NBA All-Star Jalen Williams, and make sure to place this best bet at DraftKings Sportsbooks with great odds. For those new to the sportsbook, make sure to take advantage of Fantasy Alarm’s promotional offer for a FREE bonus bet.

Expert Prediction: Jalen Williams Under 21.5 Points (-120 on DraftKings Sportsbook)

Best NBA Prop Bets & Other Picks Today, 6/13

The last NBA best bet today focuses on a player making his first appearance in the column, and with a double unit to boot.

Bennedict Mathurin was the highest scorer of Game 3, and the Canadian basketball player is making his mark in the NBA Finals. He was the first person from Montreal to be drafted in the NBA Lottery and was the sixth overall selection by the Pacers in 2022. They signed him with expectations of being a leader on their roster, and he is living up to the standards of a top lottery pick in the most crucial moment.

The former Pac-12 Player of the Year was injured throughout the Pacers' 2024 NBA playoff run, but he is making the most of this playoff run. Mathurin has received praise from Indiana head coach Rick Carlisle in multiple post-game interviews and was far more poised than most 22-year-olds in his Game 3 interview on ESPN. Put simply, he looks built for this moment, with a calm confidence that is rarely displayed.

Mathurin finished with 27 points despite playing only 22 minutes, and scored against multiple Oklahoma City defenders. He has gone over 10.5 points in each of the last two matches and has 14 or more points in four of the last six games, including three 20+ point performances.

Mathurin could be the reliable third scorer for the Pacers, which would ease the pressure off of Haliburton and Siakam. Mathurin can also score at all three levels, and his aggressive play is rewarded with several free throw attempts. His ability to score in multiple phases of the game will continue to be a problem for the Thunder.

The Pacers' bench was the big story of Game 3, and Mathurin was the star of the bench. Despite scoring 14 or more points in the last two games, his point line is just 10.5 tonight. This is not a fluke, and Mathurin will keep being aggressive against the Thunder’s second unit. His role is similar to Jason ‘JET’ Terry’s of the 2011 Dallas Mavericks, to come in as the sixth man and be a high-volume scorer with fewer minutes played.

Put two units on this best bet at FanDuel Sportsbook, and for those new to the sports betting app, make sure to take advantage of Fantasy Alarm’s offer to earn FREE bonus bets.

Expert Prediction: Bennedict Mathurin Over 10.5 Points (-110 on FanDuel Sportsbook) *2.0 U
