It's the final day of the regular season, and all 15 games are scheduled for 3 p.m. ET.

There are many new faces across the board, including rookie pitchers, spot starters, and bench players. We've got a lot to get through, and many lineups could change when you see this.

Double-check each player's status before games begin. It might be best not to submit lineups until all MLB lineups are released.

That said, enjoy our final MLB DFS picks and MLB DFS projections for the final day of regular season baseball on September 29.

MLB Weather Today, 9/29

There are some spotty showers, but everything heavy will likely not hit the ballpark.

More scattered showers with a low chance of a delay.

Although this game could start late, it's still likely that there will be no in-game issues.

MLB DFS Optimizer & Lineup Generator Today

There are so many low-tier value plays that you'll want to consider so that you can add some of the best MLB DFS picks on today's slate.

Below is a mock lineup for DraftKings. I included Logan Gilbert, who has the best matchup on the board and found a way to include him with top DFS plays like Kyle Tucker, Kyle Schwarber, Bryce Harper, and Mark Vientos

Check it out below.

Best Odds For A Win

With spotty showers and many games without announced starters/rookies/spot/opener starters - there are a limited amount of odds for this market today.

MLB DFS Lineups: Core MLB DFS Pitchers
Aaron Nola, Philadelphia Phillies

Aaron Nola has struck out 30.6% of batters over the last month. While his Phillies are already in the playoffs, Philadelphia will likely want him to go a full five or six innings to keep him in line with what he's already been doing.

Over the last 30 days, Nola has also limited walks to 6.6% and allowed just 25.3% of fly balls and only 21.5% of line drives.

Beyond that, Nola has added more than 30% of whiffs and 13.7% of strikeouts over the last 30 days.

Today, he'll face a Washington lineup that has combined to hit a .113 ISO and wOBA of .276 against righties in the last 30 days. Nola should get in a solid final regular season start before the postseason.

Logan Gilbert, Seattle Mariners

The Mariners will throw Logan Gilbert for the final time this season. He's a righty who has struck out 33.1% of batters over the last month.

Gilbert has held his last 124 batters to a .301 wOBA and has added more than 51% of ground balls with only 25% of fly balls allowed.

He's also earned 34.7% of whiffs and added more than 17% of swinging strikes last month.

On the other hand, he's facing an Athletics team that has hit a .288 wOBA with 23.6% of strikeouts and only 6% of walks over the last 30 days.

Gilbert should pitch a gem without restrictions since the Mariners are not making the playoffs this year.

Clarke Schmidt, New York Yankees

The Yankees will give Clarke Schmidt the ball for tonight's final regular season matchup. Schmidt has struck out 24.4% of his last 86 batters. He's also held his last 86 batters to a .117 ISO and wOBA of .290 with 46.6% of ground balls and only 17.2% of line drives allowed.

Schmidt will face a Pirates projected lineup that has hit a .096 ISO and wOBA of .269 with 31% of strikeouts and 5.9% of walks. Throughout the last month, Schmidt has thrown about 90 pitches. Expect it to be the same today. A quality start is very possible for Schmidt.

Ryan Pepiot, Tampa Bay Rays

Ryan Pepiot will get the start for the Rays today. He's struck out 28.1% of batters and has held his last 96 batters to a .145 ISO. Pepiot has held his last 72 lefties to a .131 ISO and wOBA of .305 and will likely face more lefties than righties in today's Boston lineup.

Those lefties have hit just a .135 ISO and have struck out more than 23% of the time. Meanwhile, the righties in the Boston lineup haven't been much better, hitting a .127 ISO and a wOBA of .311 with nearly 25% of strikeouts.

Pepiot is an excellent low-cost option in this massive 15-game card.

MLB DFS Lineup Picks: Hitters

MLB DFS Lineups: Core MLB DFS Hitters

Kyle Schwarber, OF, Bryce Harper, 1B, Philadelphia Phillies

The Philadelphia Phillies might've already made the playoffs. But they're showing no signs of holding back their team to close out the regular season.

The Phillies played their entire starting lineup yesterday and now have Aaron Nola scheduled to pitch today.

I'm assuming Kyle Schwarber and Bryce Harper will play today.

That said, they're facing Jake Irvin of the Nationals, who has allowed his last 47 lefties to hit a .341 ISO and wOBA of .433. The Washington righty has also allowed 53.3% of hard contact and a 20% barrel percentage to lefties.

Schwarber and Harper are two of the best lefties in the game and should be able to take advantage.

Mark Vientos, 3B, Francisco Lindor, SS, Brandon Nimmo, OF, Pete Alonso, 1B, New York Mets

The Mets could really use a win today against the Brewers.

And they've got the perfect matchup to do just that.

Colin Rea will take the hill for Milwaukee. He's a right-handed pitcher who has allowed a .287 ISO and wOBA of .444 to his last 95 batters.

Rea has kept the walks down, but he's also allowed 45.1% of hard contact, 39.4% of fly balls, and only 36.6% of ground balls. He's also added just 17.9% of strikeouts.

Meanwhile, the Mets have hit righties well over the last month. Yes, it's been a struggle over the previous few days, but overall, with a bigger sample size, the batters above have dominated righties.

Check out the MLB DFS picks and their stats over the last 30 days against righties:

Mark Vientos: .258 ISO, .377 wOBA
Francisco Lindor: .213 ISO, .405 wOBA
Brandon Nimmo: .226 ISO, .327 wOBA
Pete Alonso: .271 ISO, .350 wOBA

The Mets should finally break out of their little slump and add a win. These are the MLB DFS picks to consider in the lineup.

Kyle Tucker, OF, Houston Astros

Nick Sandlin will be the opener for the Guardians tonight. Then it'll be Gavin Williams

But I think Kyle Tucker could begin the game with a boom.

Nick Sandlin has allowed a .214 ISO and wOBA of .423 with only 25% of ground balls induced against lefties over the last 30 days. He's also allowed 58.3% of hard contact and has allowed 33.3% of line drives.

Meanwhile, Kyle Tucker has launched a .382 ISO and wOBA of .485 against his last 41 righties. Sandlin is a right-handed pitcher, and so is Gavin Williams. So that's already working in Tucker's favor.

Additionally, Williams has allowed 35.7% of fly balls and 50% of hard contact to lefties over the last 30 days.

Consider Tucker to be one of the best MLB DFS players on the slate.
