Ray Rice told reporters he’ll donate his salary to domestic violence charity if he returns to NFL
It seems unlikely that any NFL team will give Rice a contract considering the baggage that he carries. It's a noble move by Rice to play for free, but the union probably wouldn't allow this to happen. We'd be shocked if Rice were in an NFL uniform in early September.

Ray Rice hoped to return to the NFL in 2015. This particular fantasy notes writer hopes he does not return to the NFL in 2016 or any year thereafter. In addition to the public perception issues, Rice averaged 3.1 yards per carry in his last year in the league, so he may not get a chance to return.
Ray Rice continues to train hard in hopes of getting a call from NFL teams for a workout or visit.
Rice is still looking for a team to give him a chance as he is working hard to stay in playing shape. No teams have given him a call to this point but as the season progresses and injuries start to plague teams you may see a team willing to give the RB a second chance.
Browns Head Coach Mike Pettine has yet to rule out signing free agent Ray Rice.
As if the Browns running back situation isn't murky enough. Rice would join a backfield that includes Isaiah Crowell and Terrance West as well as rookie Duke Johnson. The Browns might be wise to rely heavily on their running game, but even without Rice in the fold it's hard to know how much work each back will get there.
