Titans vs. Chargers Predictions, Picks & Odds: NFL Week 10, Sunday 11/10
It’s Week 10 and, as we saw at the trade deadline, teams are starting to accept the fate of their team. Some teams, like the Tennessee Titans, are selling off assets like DeAndre Hopkins and planning on the future. Others, like the Los Angeles Chargers, are gearing up for a playoff push.
That has the Chargers as heavy favorites this week when Tennessee comes to town. And the dichotomy between these two teams brings an interesting challenge for our Week 10 Titans vs. Chargers predictions. Let’s dig into what each team brings to the table to see what angle to play!

Titans vs. Chargers Predictions For NFL Week 10, Sunday 11/10
These teams have played twice over the last two years with both being close one. In fact, both were decided by a field goal. The Titans won 27-24 in 2023, and, in 2022, the Chargers won 17-14. But there have been a lot of moving parts with these teams so that doesn’t give us much to work with.
The Titans beat the Patriots last week in overtime as well as the Dolphins when they were without Tua Tagovailoa. But they have dropped every other game. The Chargers have been hot lately winning three of their last four with the lone loss being a 17-15 game against the Cardinals in Arizona.
Tennessee Titans: Will Levis Returns
Will Levis has been dealing with an AC joint injury, but his shoulder has healed up enough for him to go this week. Calvin Ridley has stepped up after the DeAndre Hopkins trade though a clear second target has not emerged. Tony Pollard has been used so heavily in recent weeks that they are limiting his practice reps, but it should be easier on him with Tyjae Spears back this week.
The Titans defense has quietly been pretty good. They are ranked 9th in DVOA per FTN Fantasy (14th against the pass and 5th against the run). The issues have largely been on the offensive side of the ball for Tennessee this season.
Los Angeles Chargers: Justin Herbert Heating Up
Jim Harbaugh brought his hard-nosed approach to the Chargers and it’s been fairly successful thus far.
On offense they have been as run heavy as you’d expect a Greg Roman offense to be though Justin Herbert has been getting it done through the air lately as well. The key so far has been the lack of turnovers - Herbert has only thrown one interception this year.
The Chargers defense has been great as well. We mentioned that the Titans rank 9th in DVOA - well, the Chargers rank 6th. They’re top 5 against the pass and 14th against the run so far this year. That’s been in spite of pass-rushers Joey Bosa and Khalil Mack dealing with various ailments along the way.
Titans vs. Chargers Odds, Spreads, Total & Betting Lines
As promised, the latest Titans vs. Chargers odds can be found below courtesy of BetMGM Sportsbook:
- Point Spread: Tennessee Titans +7.5 (-115) vs. Los Angeles Chargers -7.5 (-105)
- Money Line: Tennessee Titans (+300) vs. Los Angeles Chargers (-375)
- Game Total (Over/Under): Over 39 (-110) vs. Under 39 (-110)
Titans vs. Chargers Predictions: Under 39 (-110 at BetMGM Sportsbook)
Any over/under set below 40 is fairly low. But I think the unique circumstances of this game call for it. And I think the end result can certainly be under that 39 number given the way these teams matchup.
The Chargers take good care of the football and play a methodical game so this one hitting the over will depend on the Titans offense. If the Titans can move the football and score, it could go over. Or, if the Titans give up some bad turnovers that give the Chargers a short field, it could also go over.
I think at the end of the day this game will play out the way we expect. The Titans will struggle to move the ball against a tough Chargers defense. And the Chargers will attempt to grind the game away on the ground against a Titans team that is pretty good against the run.
That could lead to a lot of punts and field position jockeying. At the end of the day, I think the Chargers win but I’m more inclined to bet that it’s a low scoring game than to bet that they run up the score on Tennessee.
