Speaking of beating the Seahawks, that is exactly what the Vikings were able to do their last time on the field. However, it wasn’t in dominant fashion, as it was one of the most exciting, back-and-forth games of Week 16 Sunday action.

Interestingly enough, it came following their two dominant wins of the season, which came by final scores of 42-21 and 30-12. Before that, there had been one-score games nearly across the board. Regardless, wins are wins, and even after they were being doubted when they were the last remaining undefeated NFC team, it seems folks are finally buying in.

There has been so much discussion surrounding Green Bay RB Josh Jacobs over the past handful of weeks, and rightfully so. The former Las Vegas Raider has made a resurgence with the Cheeseheads, and he’s an absolute workhorse.

We’d love to back him for a bit of a redemption arc - he was held to just 51 rushing yards against Minnesota earlier this year - but it’s simply not a good matchup for him. When it comes to Minnesota, their defense is almost as polarizing as they can possibly be. 

They rank second behind only the Baltimore Ravens in terms of rushing yards allowed per game. Conversely, they have allowed the fourth-most passing yards per game. So, we’re going to pounce at an opportunity. That would be with some value with the line for Packers QB Jordan Love.

Coming off a game in which he threw for just 182 yards, this line is lower than it otherwise would be. However, that low value is simply due to a 34-0 blowout over the Saints. We expect a close game this week, which means a possible shootout. It’s exactly what we saw in Week 4 with Love throwing for 389 yards and four touchdowns!

Love has also had multiple touchdown passes eight times this season, but we don’t see as much value there price-wise. It may not be another near-400-yard performance, but we still see him airing things out. He should have even more success with a less-than-100% Harrison Smith for Minnesota.
