NFL Week 17 DFS Contrarian Picks: Tua Tagovailoa, Rachaad White & More
Welcome to NFL Week 17! While the season-long fantasy football community watches to see how their championships play out, we’re jumping back into more DFS contests to build up that bankroll and add some extra holiday cash to our accounts.
It’s a shorter-than-usual main slate this week due to the holidays, but we’ve been diving into the matchups all week long and have just checked in with the most recent NFL DFS Ownership projections so it’s time now to check in with some of our favorite contrarian picks.
Remember, having the right DFS contrarian picks in your lineups is important if you want to take down the big GPP money, but it’s more than just looking at our ownership projections and seeing who is expected to be lower-owned. The matchups need to be on-point as well. In fact, we’re looking for situations that are even more favorable, yet the public has not yet unearthed it.
We had some solid plays last week in both James Cook and Jameson Williams. Both players delivered strong performances, and we got them at very low ownership. Unfortunately, Matthew Stafford came up short and Mike Gesicki’s efforts were thwarted by the return of Tee Higgins. I guess not having “the hill” as a guide took our advantage away.
But that was last week and we’re onto a new one here. Let’s get to our favorite NFL Week 17 DFS contrarian picks:
