He led the team in potential assists at 14, was first in passes received, second in passes made, and averaged nearly eight assists per night. On top of that, he topped 24 points in each game, getting to the foul line 37 (!) times. Butler’s going to play a boatload of minutes while controlling the pace of the game for Golden State.

After an awful start to his campaign, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope has turned a corner, especially when it comes to shooting the rock. Pre All-Star break, KCP shot 31% from three. Post All-Star break KCP has been awesome, shooting a 44% clip from three. 

He’s been especially good since March, too, posting a 45% 3PT percentage in March and 52% in April. Atlanta, in the second half, has allowed the third worst three-point percentage and the 10th most threes per game. We’re going to get max minutes out of KCP in a must-win play-in tournament game.
