While the Phillies are a good offense against right-handed pitching, the Los Angeles Angels are not as they rank 27th in wOBA, 24th in ISO and 29th in batting average on the season.

This is all good news for Pablo Lopez as we look for him to dominate this matchup and allow fewer than 1.5 earned runs here today.

Prior to his last outing where he allowed three runs over 6.2 innings to the Rays, Lopez had tossed 20.2 scoreless innings over three starts and over his last  13 starts he has 10 outings of allowing two or fewer earned runs. 

Now, understanding we need less than two, we need to take into account how bad this Angels offense is with the perspective that he is pretty consistently shutting teams down.
