Jose Berrios Sleeper Fantasy MLB Pick: More Than 20.5 Fantasy Points

The Angels have been one of the worst offenses in baseball against right-handed pitching this season and the Blue Jays have gone into Los Angeles and shut them down with Bowden Francis and Kevin Gausman both tossing gems over the past two days. It is now Jose Berrios taking the mound as he comes off one of his best starts of the season where he held the Oakland A’s to one run over seven innings. 

He is also two starts removed from a similar stat line against the Texas Rangers where they too were held to just one run over seven innings. In both of those games, Berrios finished well over his fantasy point projection tonight, which is set at 20.5. I’m putting my eggs back into the Blue Jays pitching basket here this evening to start my MLB DFS Sleeper Fantasy picks today.

 

 

 

Robbie Ray Sleeper Fantasy MLB Pick: More Than 7.5 Strikeouts

This line is a bit higher on Sleeper than other platforms but I’m still willing to take the plunge with today’s MLB DFS Sleeper Fantasy picks. If you are afraid of the hook, I also like his outs projection set at 17.5 here today in this matchup against the Atlanta Braves.

The Braves have the highest strikeout rate against left-handed pitching over the last 30 days and have been shut down by the Giants lefties in this series with Blake Snell pitching a near no-hitter on Monday and Kyle Harrison having a pretty representative performance on Tuesday. Ray has looked great since being activated from the injured list and his 12.5 K/9 will play up nicely in this matchup.
