berzerk - Over 15.0 Kills vs. ENCE Academy (Map 1)

Apeks Rebels have really struggled so far. They have a 2-13 W/L record across 15 maps played with this lineup, and they are the lowest-rated team at this event. However, they've had some tough match-ups, having to face the highest-rated team at the event, BIG Academy, as well as Young Ninjas, who have looked solid. Meanwhile, ENCE Academy are a bottom-four team at the event in terms of Team Rating, and they have only played a single map with this lineup, which was a loss to OG Academy. If there is one team that Apeks Rebels can look to beat, or at least stay competitive with, it would be this ENCE Academy roster that is still an unknown quantity. The odds are pretty heavily against Apeks Rebels in this best-of-one format, but I think ENCE Academy are overhyped and unproven, and there is no reason at this point that they should be such big favorites on a single map. I think Apeks Rebels will keep this closer than the odds reflect, and I think we are getting a discount on berzerk's projection for that reason.

Berzerk is the main AWPer for Apeks Rebels, and he played well with the AWP in his hands on Tuesday with 18 kills and a 1.11 Rating in a 9-16 loss against Young Ninjas. Berzerk has been the highest-rated player for Apeks Rebels at WePlay Academy League Season 5, and he has averaged 0.62 kills per round across 30 maps played in his career. When Apeks Rebels have won at least 11 rounds on a map, berzerk has exceeded 15 kills every single time except for once when he pushed with 15 kills in a 12-16 loss to NAVI Junior. So basically, if Apeks Rebels can keep this map close, than berzerk's over looks like a very strong play. I think Apeks Rebels are absolutely capable of winning 11+ rounds against ENCE Academy, so I really like this over.
