Davis Thompson played his way into the U.S. Open on Monday and then withdrew from the RBC Canadian Open on Tuesday, prior to the start of the event. He'll be replaced by the next alternate, George McNeill.

Davis Thompson was a Tuesday WD ahead of this week's Valero Texas Open. He'll be replaced by the next alternate, Dylan Wu.

Overnight co-leader Davis Thompson went toe-to-toe all day with Jon Rahm on Sunday at The American Express and came up just one shot shy was all said and done, carding a 3-under 69 to reach 26-under 262 on the week.

Despite making his third eagle of the tournament early on Friday, Davis Thompson was languishing in Rd. 2 of The American Express.
