From the penultimate twosome and making his tourney debut, World No. 210 Matthias Schwab backed up with a 3-under 31-37=68 in R3 of the John Deere Classic, down five spots to T8 on 13-under 200, six shy of leader J.T. Poston (67).

Matthias Schwab styled a 6-under-par 35-30=65 during day two of the John Deere Classic, reaching 10-under 132 at the halfway mark which is good for the early lead in the clubhouse.

From the late wave and making his tourney debut, PGA TOUR rookie and World No. 210 Matthias Schwab lost strokes on-the-green but still fashioned a bogey-free 4-under 33-34=67 in R1 of the John Deere Classic to sit T9, five back.
