2024 Player Outlook

The second round rookie took advantage of his opportunity on a thin Chiefs receiving group, leading the WRs in targets with 102. A big part of that was the Chiefs leading the league in WR screens with rice getting 24 himself which was top five for the position. One interesting aspect of the season for Rice is that one of his best traits in college was contested catches yet he only registered one in his rookie season. There is still room for a high ceiling for Rice in the NFL if he can keep off-field issues from derailing his career. He was involved in two separate incidents this offseason and a suspension is potentially looming.
