Williams and the Timberwolves agreed to a two-way contract on Tuesday, Shams Charania of Yahoo Sports reports.

Williams is expected to be waived by the Clippers, Broderick Turner of the Los Angeles Times reports.

Williams tallied 5.5 points, 1.5 rebounds and 1.1 assists across 38 games played with the Clippers in 2017-18.

Williams went for 10 points (5-12 FG, 0-5 3Pt), three rebounds, three assists, and one steal in 30 minutes during Monday's 113-100 loss to the Pelicans.
