Lemon was waived by the Pacers on Wednesday.
Lemon was waived less than a week after signing with the Pacers. The guard will likely head to Fort Wayne once the season begins and play with the Pacers' G League squad. Lemon averaged 20.9 points per outing last year splitting time between the Maine Red Claws and Windy City Bulls.
Lemon signed a contract with the Pacers on Thursday, Scott Agness of The Athletic reports.
Lemon found a new home with the Pacers after being waived by the Bulls in July. The 27-year-old guard split time between the Maine Red Claws and the Windy City Bulls last season, averaging 20.9 points, 8.1 assists, 4.7 rebounds and 1.8 assists in 43 games.
Lemon was waived by the Bulls on Saturday, K.C. Johnson of the Chicago Tribune reports.
With the Bulls adding some depth over the offseason, Lemon's spot on the roster was no longer safe. It appears he'll still play for the Bulls during summer league, however.
Lemon totaled 20 points (9-19 FG, 2-2 3Pt), six rebounds and four assists over 28 minutes in the Bulls' loss to the 76ers on Wednesday.
Lemon played a total of six games for the Bulls after being signed from the G League, and he had solid numbers. In those six games, he averaged 14.3 points, 5.0 assists, 4.5 rebounds and 1.8 steals.
