2025 Player Outlook
Hall opened the year as a starter, but he struggled and then spent nearly four months on the injured list. Upon his return, he made a handful of starts but primarily served as a reliever. As a starter last year, he posted a 5.81 ERA and .317 BAA, but as a reliever, those marks sat at 3.00 and .182 respectively. Hall can start in a pinch if needed for the Brewers, but to begin the season, he’ll primarily be a middle/long reliever for the club, as that seems to be where he can make the biggest impact for the team. His changeup is relentless on right-handed hitters, and his wipeout slider wreaks havoc on left-handed hitters. All of that to say, Hall will be better in reality than fantasy in 2025, especially if he stays in a middle/long relief role.
