2023 Recap: After stealing 21 bases in each of the last two years, Moore dropped down to just seven last year 67 games. The career .208 hitter doesn't bring any power to the table, and his value is tied up in getting enough playing time to rack up the stolen bases.
2024 Outlook: Moore enters the season without a regular role, but he will end in a lot of games for the Mariners. Ultimately, he needs to steal bases to have any value, and other than perhaps as a streamer if an injury strikes, that likely won't be the case.
