2024 Player Outlook
2023 Recap: The 2023 season started off promisingly for Robles with a .299/.385/.364 slash line and 15 R, eight RBI, and eight SB in 36 games. Then injuries came. He was sidelined for the rest of the year with a back issue that seemed to never clear up. The encouraging signs for Robles was the walk-rate increase, granted in a small sample size, and an increase in his contact rates both in and out of the zone.
2024 Outlook: The biggest question for 2024 is whether or not the gains in the small samples of 2023 can stay. The likelihood is that they won’t, in total, and he’ll likely fall into a middle ground between his breakout 2019 year and his 2022 season. Just know that his long list of injuries may pop up again in 2024.
