2025 Player Outlook
Santana isn't quite the OBP force he used to be, but he's a veteran presence in the lineup who still has some pop in the later years of his career. At the end of the day, he's playing in his age-40 season, and was int he 79th percentile last season in both strikeout rate (16.7%) and walk rate (10.9%). The veteran has hit at least .238 with 23 home runs and four stolen bases in back-to-back seasons, and hitting in the heart of the Cleveland order should give him a good chance to tally 80+ RBI. More of a "floor" selection than "ceiling" this year.
